In a room within the Grand Council building, a newly elected and still clumsy and naive councillor is trying to find his footing. Being a representative of a rural area, he had never experienced such splendour. Little does he know that a hilarious encounter is about to unfold.

One day, suddenly, there was a knock on his office door. Nervously, he opened it. He saw two strangers standing in front of him, carrying a large box and a bundle of cables. In his mind, he wished they were both television crews and wanted to interview him. To appear important and defend the interests of his constituents, he performs a ridiculous action by glancing at his watch and walking to the telephone, picking up the receiver, and dialling an irregular number, after which he pretends to be involved in an important conversation.

New Councilman: (speaking over the phone) "Sorry, I have to call the party chairman to report on today's proceedings... Yes, this is important for the benefit of the people. Of course, I will make sure their voice is heard."

As she continued her charade, engaging in a long conversation peppered with mentions of "for the people" and "public interest," the two people standing in front of her exchanged confused looks, unsure of how to proceed.

Technician 1: (whispers to Technician 2) "I think he mistook us for TV reporters. What should we do?"

Technician 2: (trying not to laugh) "Let's play together for a bit. It might be fun."

With mischievous grins, the technicians decided to cheer up the new board member's assumptions. They nodded and smiled politely, patiently waiting for him to finish his all-important conversation.

New Councilman: (puts up the phone) "Finally, I'm free! Now, shall we begin the interview?"

Technician 1: (holding back laughter) "Actually sir, we are here to install your telephone line."

Technician 2: (joins in on the fun) "Yeah, we're from the telecommunications department. Sorry for the misunderstanding."

The council member's face turned bright red as realization dawned on him. He mistakes technicians for journalists, and his attempt to appear as a statesman has backfired.

New Board Member: (embarrassed) "Oh my gosh... I'm so sorry for this confusion. Please continue with the installation."

The technicians burst out laughing, amused by the council member's innocence. With their giggles filling the room, they quickly plugged in the phone lines, occasionally sharing lighthearted banter with the council members.

As the installation progressed, the council members couldn't help but laugh at their own stupidity. He realized that his attempts to portray himself as a seasoned politician had turned into a comical accident. Although shy at first, he finds himself enjoying the technicians' company and the jovial atmosphere they bring to his office.

From that day on, the board members and the technicians formed an unexpected friendship. They often exchanged humorous jokes and anecdotes during subsequent visits to the Council building. The councillor learns to accept his newfound quirks and friendship, valuing the moments of laughter and lightness in his work.

The board members' funny jumbled words spread throughout the Council building, creating a cheerier and more relaxed atmosphere among the staff. The incident became a running joke, reminding everyone to find joy in even the most unexpected situations.

And so, in the Hall of Councilors, once-awkward councillors discover the power of laughter and the importance of not taking themselves too seriously. His hilarious encounters with the technicians became fond memories, reminding him that even in politics, humour can break down barriers and foster genuine relationships.

Among the funny stories that exist, I have some funny advice I want to give you. Don't be too rigid in this life, Like a board member who's new here. Be serious, but don't get too uptight. As a politician, don't walk too stiffly. Can we laugh at our own mistakes? Like a technician laughing in this unexpected room. So, accept life with jokes and smiles, Because funny is the language that embraces our world with its ups and downs!
