Now a day’s couples don’t use the word “SORRY”, most of the people thinks saying sorry is admitting their mistakes or surrender but in healthy relationship saying sorry means a lot and it has a different meaning that I need you, I love you, I forgive you, and forgive me.

Irrespective of that mistake, saying SORRY and not saying SORRY has only one barrier is that called EGO. Ego is a greatest enemy of healthy relationship, one who try to build healthy relationship must not allow his ego enter between himself and his partner. If you allow ego in your relationship then the following questions will raise in you are, why do I need to say sorry all the time? why she’s/ He’s so arrogant always? why he/she is not admitting his/her mistakes? How long she/he will be like this let’s see? If those question is a raised in you then you must understand that you are in different realm, you have to get into reality and save your relationship.

Ego can be a significant barrier to a healthy relationship. Here are a few ways to work on reducing ego in a relationship:

1. Self-awareness: Recognize when your ego is getting in the way and be honest with yourself about it. Try to understand the reasons behind your ego and what triggers it.

2. Listen actively: Actively listen to your partner and try to understand their perspective, without getting defensive or trying to prove yourself right.

3. Practice humility: Be open to learning from your partner and admit when you're wrong. Recognize that you don't know everything and that you can always learn from others.

4. Avoid blame: Instead of blaming your partner for problems, take responsibility for your own actions and work together to find a solution.

5. Show vulnerability: Share your feelings and thoughts with your partner, even if they are not perfect. Allowing your partner to see you vulnerable can help reduce the need to be in control or to be seen as perfect.

6. Practice empathy: Try to understand your partner's perspective and feelings, and be willing to put yourself in their shoes.

7. Practice forgiveness: Let go of grudges and forgive your partner when they make mistakes. This helps to reduce resentment and build trust in the relationship.

It's important to remember that reducing ego in a relationship is a process and it requires time and effort. Keep in mind that it's a mutual effort and both partners should be willing to work on it.

Couples fight is a normal part of any relationship. However, it's important to learn how to fight fairly and effectively in order to resolve conflicts and maintain a healthy relationship. Here are a few ways to deal with couples fighting:

1. Communicate openly and honestly: Express your thoughts and feelings in a calm and respectful manner. Avoid attacking or blaming your partner.

It's important to remember that fighting is a normal part of any relationship, and learning how to fight fairly and effectively can help strengthen the relationship. It's also important to not let the fight escalate to a level where it becomes harmful or abusive.

Finally, you must understand that you are not saying SORRY to a stranger, you are saying SORRY to your partner (Part of your body/soul).
