  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots

  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 6 ounces cooked prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 teaspoons Shaoxing wine
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped scallions

Instructions:

1. Heat the vegetable and sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the garlic, ginger, onion, bell pepper, carrots and celery and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

3. Add the peas and prawns and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

4. Add the Shaoxing wine, soy sauce and sugar and stir-fry for 1 minute.

5. Add the cooked white rice and stir-fry for 2 minutes and garnish with chopped scallions. Serve Hot!
