My Garlic Paste turned Greenish Blue
As an Indian by birth, I tend to use a lot of garlic in my food. Almost every curry I make includes a spoonful of minced ginger-garlic paste. This paste is the most common ingredient you may find at any Indian’s home, who is even meagerly interested in cooking.

Cruelty Free Delight
When going vegan the one food I especially missed was brownies. Luckily we are in the 21st century and everything and anything can be veganized . I am someone with a huge sweet tooth and a love for chocolate , so this recipe was definitely a game changer for me. Everyone I have ever made this recipe for vegan or none vegan have always enjoyed this recipe and went in for seconds. I always get compliments on how sweet , delicious and tasty my brownies are . I even used this recipe to reconcile my relationship with my twin sister after we got into a huge argument . She’s not vegan but she is still obsessed with these brownies . I have also made this recipe and brought it to meetings sharing it with friends and their children who have also loved this recipe as well. I would say this recipe is a great recipe to bring to birthday parties , holiday parties , family gatherings over to a friend's house for a gathering , or whatever occasion you name it these brownies work. Why these brownies are a crowd pleaser is because it is rich in flavour , easy to eat. You don’t really need any utensils. You can eat it with your hands and place it on a napkin which is why I enjoy baking these brownies because of how low maintenance this recipe is. They can serve up to 24 servings depending on how big you cut the pisces and most of the ingredients are usually stables we already have at home. This recipe is very cost efficient and in-expensive . You can also bake several quantities of recipe once you have the basic ingredients at home and the taste holds well over time. You can leave your extras in the fridge , bring it out whenever you crave it and it and it will still taste amazing. I discovered de de this recipe on a Saturday night , I was craving brownies and hadn’t eaten chocolate in a while. I looked up a couple of vegan brownie recipes on YouTube and this recipe came across. There's only one ingredient I have added to make this recipe more of my own as well as baking it with pure intentions and love but besides that the recipe remains the same. With that being said I am going to go ahead and share this recipe with you all.

Save the Milk for the Kids
Save the Milk for the Kids We all know where milk comes from. Human and animal communities around the world have used this rich and nutritious beverage for thousands of years. This mother’s gift has nourished many cultures in countless ways. In the Middle East, camel’s milk sustains nomads on desert voyages for as long as a month. Sheep milk turned to Feta cheese in Greece is used in the delicious dish known as Spanakopita, or Spinach Pie. In India, milk is boiled down to a fresh cheese, Paneer, which absorbs the many numerous flavors added to innumerable curries.

Vegan Chocolate Coffee Cake
When you think of a “vegan dessert,” you may imagine a not-so-enticing pecan blob or an oatmeal cookie mush of some sort. For some people, it’s hard to picture a vegan dessert that you can’t get enough of or that is so mouthwatering that you may even prefer it over it’s non-vegan counterpart.

tres Leches
Okay, we’ve all been there looking up things like How to roast Asparagus or Healthy Desserts and the stories that come with something so simple turns out to be so tedious and full of lies. Nobody cares that you lived on a farm and your son is a fussy eater or the fact that you were backpacking through Europe and this beautiful Italian woman looked at you with all sensual lust in her eyes that eating chocolate may have been the only way to get her attention and now surprisingly have been married for thirty-five years. Come on, I am trying to learn a new recipe and not be fed your thrown of lies and empty calories.
