Dark Lip Stick
Let’s talk about dark lipstick. Over the past year, I’ve become more interested in actually partaking in the social norms of being a girl. By social norms, I’m referring to styling my hair, creating fashion combinations that aren’t just t shirts and jeans every single day, and wearing more noticeable make up. I’ve liked this one tube of lip gloss an awful lot since the summer. It was one my mom didn’t use anymore and had somehow ended up in my stage make up bag. After wearing it for Anything Goes, I found that I actually really liked the color. I would wear it more often, and if I was seeing someone I wanted to impress, you could bet that lip gloss was in my pocket.

Ever since I was young, I've loved art and I consider myself an artist. I have always been mesmerized by tattoos and couldn't wait to cover my body in them.
Izzy GallowayPublished 6 years ago in BlushWhy Every Girl Needs Shea Butter in Their Vanity Bag
Monday morning in a two bedroom apartment in Leeds and it is slap bang in the middle of one of the coldest winters the United Kingdom has faced in over 80 years. I wake from the the peacefulness of my dreams, where I was probably re-enacting my earlier years in the Motherland. Where I would run around with no care in the world, as the glow and warmth of the sun would slowly descend just over our shoulders. Out of the warmth of my dreams and in to a cloud of my own breaths condensation, I attempt to adjust to this new environment I found myself in.

Best Shampoos For Thinning Hair
There are few conditions as mortifying as being a woman who's losing hair—but it will happen to around half of all women. As taboo as it is, it's time that we start talking about thinning hair and how to handle it.

I would imagine that this piece will be quite unusual for this part of the site. I am male and what I intend to write about will probably be unusual. I have no idea if my personal views are rare among other men or among the female readers I might get. This piece has come about after discussions with my girlfriend, especially before a party at our house recently. I love her and the way she looks, but I don’t want her making loads of effort to look better, or at least better in her eyes. I don’t want her to do all the usual things you will see advertised to change how you look, the things that fill magazines and TV adverts.
ASHLEY SMITHPublished 6 years ago in BlushHow to Be High Maintenance on a Budget
Every woman (most women anyway) spend their money on a certain thing: makeup and nails. While I was in college I had an obsession with makeup and my nails that even when I couldn't afford to, I still bought makeup and went and got my nails done.

4 Vegan Direct Haircolor Brands
These brands I will be mentioning are vegan and cruelty-free. Also, they are direct dyes, which means no need for a developer; you put the color directly on to the hair. You will find these fashion colors are semi-permanent as you cannot find permanent hair color with these unnatural shade. You will also notice these brands can be left on the hair for extended periods of time, because they do not damage the hair. It does the opposite of being quite conditioning for the hair. Most people leave these colors in for at least an hour as the longer it is in the hair, the more vibrant and longer lasting the color results will be.

Lebo HouseVocalistPublished 6 years ago in Blush8 Face Masks That Should Be On Your Christmas Wish List This Year
Christmas is fast approaching, and that means not only is it time to get cracking on that holiday shopping, but you may also need to draft up a list for those clueless loved ones who can't be trusted to buy you a gift without a little help. It's okay, we all need help sometimes. Even though we aren't children writing letters to Santa anymore (or maybe you still write to Santa, no judgment), the best way to get presents you really want is to make a helpful list for your friends and family to shop from. Of course, that's not to say they can't stray if they find something they think you'll truly love. A list just helps give them a better idea of the things you are especially hoping for this holiday season.
