4 Vegan Direct Haircolor BrandsTop Story - November 2017
These brands I will be mentioning are vegan and cruelty-free. Also, they are direct dyes, which means no need for a developer; you put the color directly on to the hair. You will find these fashion colors are semi-permanent as you cannot find permanent hair color with these unnatural shade. You will also notice these brands can be left on the hair for extended periods of time, because they do not damage the hair. It does the opposite of being quite conditioning for the hair. Most people leave these colors in for at least an hour as the longer it is in the hair, the more vibrant and longer lasting the color results will be.

The Worst Night of My Life
I have been seeing this hashtag all over the place lately, for good reason. It is wonderful that so many are stepping forward to bring to light situations that have happened to them. To be honest, I never planned on telling my story. I saw all these other people talking about what happened to them and I thought to myself, “There are already enough people talking. I don’t need to.” That felt like an excuse, though. Now I do not think anyone needs to share their story; if you aren’t comfortable with it then do not feel as if you are required because you aren’t. For myself, though, if the only reason I had to not share was just that I thought enough people had, then that didn’t feel like a good enough reason.

Sisters
Do you have a sister? I do. It isn’t like a normal sibling relationship though. I am shunned by my parents and younger sister. She was 13 when I moved out of the house and now she just turned 15 last month. Would you like to know how many times I have spoken to her since then? None, not even a hello. She will be graduating high school soon and I will not see that and when she gets married I will not be allowed at the wedding. So, my sister may be alive, but it doesn’t feel like it.
