First Time Listening To The 1975's New Album- Notes On A Conditional Form
The new The 1975 album Notes On A Conditional Form just came out and I was surprised at how many songs were on it! A whole 22 songs to listen to and 80 minutes in total! I was in for a treat. I love The 1975 and even have a tattoo of their logo on my ribs (I did get it when I was eighteen but I still love them, no regrets). When the album was released, I was more that ecstatic and could not wait to listen to all the songs. I was planning to listen to them all anyway, so I thought it would be a fun idea to listen to each song for the first time one after another and document my first reactions to the songs. So, I bought the album, sat myself firmly on to my couch and away I went.

Sean CallaghanPublished 4 years ago in BeatTXT’s "The Dream Chapter: Eternity" Album Review
It’s been a little over a year since TXT made their debut on the K-pop scene, and they’ve just released their third album, The Dream Chapter: Eternity. In just a year, they’ve grown so much, with this album having a little bit of a darker feel than their previous two albums. It’s a little bit of a switch-up of their style and it’s such a welcome change! They’ve evolved quickly, and this album is a great preview of the different changes TXT will experiment with in their music.
Parisalexa's "2 Real" is an undeniably great album
The singer lets loose on "4 Playin'" when she says, "See in the past I've had to dip I get fed up triggered Can I just put the tip in head ass nigga. Oh you don't really like to kiss or give head? Well tell me what the fuck I look like in your bed (I gotta go)." This song continues a tradition of bold and sexually confident women in popular music like Adina Howard who helped to spark a change in lyrical content during the mid-1990s with hits like "Freak Like Me" and "T-Shirt & Panties."

Day6 have been one of the most consistent bands of the last few years. Now on their fifth Korean release since 2018’s Shoot Me: Youth Part 1, the quintet have always found innovative ways to keep their releases musically fresh and exciting, exploring anything from ‘80s tinged synth-pop to soaring pop-punk.

I've been having a lot of fun writing these articles about my favourite albums from the decades. I started with the 80s and made my way up, but after this, I'm going to go back and do the 70s and 80s as well. At first I thought I would be unable to do the 70s and 60s because they were well before my time, but I remembered that Queen is my favourite band from the 70s era so I think I can do it. For now, I will continue through the new millennium and go back and discover some amazing albums.

A lot of people say that music isn't as good as it used to be. It may be true. A lot of my favourite albums are from earlier decades, but that doesn't mean that this millennium hasn't got any decent music. There's been loads of great music still coming out, there are just different ways of finding it. I've found a lot of my favourite music through Youtube, Spotify and other online sites. Again, you can tell some of my favourite bands on this list. Depeche Mode has had a huge presence in my favourite albums from each decade. I've been asked what my favourite albums from the 60s and 70s are. My friend helped me with some 70s album but think I will need to go back and listen to some more albums from the 60s before I can make one with the 60s but I think it will be fun because I will get to discover some more great stuff.

Social distancing, lockdown quarantine, all are words we knew were there, just didn’t have much chance to experience them directly. Now we do. But another term remains the same - new music that should not be missed. It seems that now, in these hard times is the additional chance to experience it. After all, we have more time to experience it and, of course, those piles of music we are not so familiar with have been getting bigger and bigger. Time to try and slim them down and pick some more good music that otherwise might go completely unnoticed.

Q-Tine Playlist: Cabin Dance Fever Remember when you were a kid and you did something you had NOOO business doing? You know, when it would result in an ass-whooping or punishment or BOTH. Depends on the crime committed, right? Four walls now a have an extraordinary and deeper meaning these days. “I’m staying in tonight,” feels like I’m cursing at myself now. But there’s this beautiful thing called music. Music has the power to capture every emotion or feeling with ease. So when your ass has become a permanent fixture between your couch cushions from watching every tv show and film created, its time to take a mental and physical vacation. One of the perfect ways for me to do that is to pull up my Apple Music to bring out the talented kid from London name Tom Misch.

There's only a handful of albums that I consider to be true works of art; I'm talkin' about ones I can indulge in both as a music enthusiast, lyrical fanatic and dyxtaposition nerd.
