EAT EAT says the little candle
With a restaurant that goes by the name commonwealth, their food is not so common. The riches of endless flavors with new dishes caters to anyone with fine taste. If burritos are your only thing, this may not be the place for you, but still recommended to try. The place offers the experience to share with others, giving you the chance to try a little bit of everything and still feeling full at the end. It's the higher experince of sharing appetizers. The variety of fish, meats, veggies, and everything in between is offered on the daily, with new additions every other week. The hidden gem is found in the streets of Burbank, and let me tell you there’s a reason it’s small and on the corner. If there was more word on this place there would be no room for all us! It’s secret placing and one way windows allow for only those have the inside scoop to join. The family oriented vibe allows for a community of people that come in, creating regulars catching up with one another.

If only the goggles were still on.
Just like that the white carpet turned to red as the spill continued to drip down the coffee table. That wasn’t the only thing that turned red, luckily my face was the only one to change, but maybe he was too quick to get up to even share a new filter on his face. My rosed cheeks of blushing turned to tomato red as the embarrassment sunk in. Not only did I spill the Merlot wine, I broke the glass leaving a glisten as the candles’ flames sound their way to the shards of glass. He gathers the paper towels laughing as i’m hesitantly cleaning the mess with the napkins provided on the table.

Red Hat Society
I could tell you about all the clothes I have found through out the years of thrifting. The pieces that bring me most joy and fulfill an empowering walk within that day. I could also walk through my room remembering the stories behind each random thing, because quite frankly I don’t remember where I get somethings, unless I really think about it. Today I want to take you back to a few months ago when I seemed to binge purchase, things that seemly match a file in my brain.

The Unwritten speaks:
Rider “I cant believe you pulled that last shot, no one saw it coming.” Finn “Bro I didn’t even see it coming. I was trying to fix a wedgie one second and then he bumped into me with the puck and I was like oh wait, and jumped back into the game.”

Alright who Sprayed the Cheese Can
Welcome to year that can only guide us into the stronger, well minded, and patient people that we are! After your morning routine I want you to take a few extra minutes in the morning to stretch and give your body that fulfilling boost! There are many ways to STAY ACTIVE and sometimes it’s hard to feel motivated when we aren’t seeing the world. Especially if it’s just you in the room, but even a dance party can active the body and get you moving. Pick a few of your favorite songs and try to focus on main groups of muscles for at least 15 minutes a day, your body will thank you! On top of that if it’s sunny, take a walk outside just to keep blood flow and even take it a step further by going on a hike at least 3 times a week! I find it important to keep the body moving and switching up the way you go about it. Do a different activity a day. Swim laps one day, go for a run, skate for an hour or two, do a HIT program, box, you get the picture. It’s about keeping our bodies functioning and prepared to do it all, not just our physical appearance.

As She Watched
There I was standing in front of what seemed to be a reflection of my own appearance. However, anyone standing by, would say else wise. That didn’t matter. I smiled as she teared. The ripple of water created a notion to persuade the ducks to swim in the opposite direction of the woman who was about to share a story. A story that brought the teary eyed girl to the presence she stood in, that moment of never ending excitement. Excitement that allowed her to no longer fear the existence of being able to look back, because starting now, there was only moving forward. A stone raised high, skips into the water allowing the surrounding to hear it’s depth. The waves ripple once more, bigger than beforehand and carried its’ weight that matched the three centimeters above the water. You could start to see the pebble as the water glided down the sides.

Shift to Thrift
It’s all about owning your piece. Fashion companies sell to those who want something new, correct? Coming in with the latest trends and pieces that stand out from yesterday's collection, right? How is it that something is considered new, when the amount that is carried in the store is more than the amount of people that walk through the door? A trend is an overwhelming idealized piece that is not even fashion itself. It is a copycat display that forms a normality when walking out the store. Notice, or let me Intel, how in movies and shows the pieces are not found in a store, but in a collection found in someone’s closet or show room in the directors department of props and more. Why would they pull something from a store that carries what everyone is wearing when they are trying to make a character stand out. The relatabless is that of their characteristics and mannerisms. A fashion piece is something that conducts personality and they continue to carry their uniqueness without a word being spoken. This is why thrifting is important and in fact superior.
