Changing or Choosing?
Recently, I went back to my old house in South Carolina and spent some time with my father. I was surprised to see that the room that I spent many teenage years in was just how I left it. Nothing had moved. Nothing had changed. Everything had remained the same.

How to Unlock Your Superpowers
You have a greater version of you waiting on the other side of your fear. You have superpowers within you now. Right now as you are reading this. But you may have to exchange something first. Rebounding Our Energy
I'm sure that you have heard of many laws in life. Different laws of nature or spiritual success. You may have even heard of different explanations. Things like Ockham's Razor: the surest explanation is the simplest. Or Murphy's Law that says: if anything can go wrong, it will. The Laws of Gravity, what goes up must come down. There are hundreds of laws to discover and dissect.

Do What is Difficult While it is Easy
"Do the difficult things while they are easy and do the great things while they are small." ~Lao Tzu We must do what is difficult while it is easy. What does this quote mean to you? Have you made complete good use of your time? Using the 86,400 seconds in your day to their fullest potential? Back when I first read this quote, it caused me to revaluate my life. There was a time when I often did the complete opposite.

The Will Smith Method
I once heard the quote that hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard. This quote has been with me for years and, as I have carried it, it has taken me far. I watched an interview with Will Smith that was very motivational. He mentioned that he was not particularly talented or blessed with amazing abilities. He saw himself as a regular person. The one thing that stood out from the rest of the people in the industry was sickening work ethic. He stated that he was not afraid to die on a treadmill. It didn't matter how fast, strong, or gifted you were. If you were on a treadmill next to Will Smith, one of two things would happen. You were going to get off first or he would have to die.

How to Be Your Body's Friend
I had already gone through eight days of fasting when I saw him. I was sitting in my car and noticed a man heading across the parking lot. He wore a fitted hat, gray hoodie, and baggy pants. I watched curiously as he paused to spit in different places on the street. When he walked next to my car, he started to vomit. It was a violent scene but also very controlled. Once he finished hurling in front of the car, he picked himself up and walked away. An onlooker would have been none the wiser as he disappeared into a nearby McDonald's. I watched in disbelief as he calmly entered the fast food store. Throughout the whole ordeal, he never once seemed to panic or call for help. It was as though this occurrence was just like any other day.

The Legacy You Leave
Have you ever heard the saying, "Pics or it didn't happen"? One day I was walking with some friends on a popular street in California. We took a picture standing next to a man who directs different celebrities. He asked us what we were doing there, and my friend said, "Just YouTube you know, making videos." The man nodded and smiled saying, "I Vlog therefore I am."

Karma Always Wins
Karma always catches up with you. As I have gone through my life, I have found this to be true. There are always consequences for our actions. There will always be changes due to our choices. There is always retribution for our decisions and the things we have done.
