Raul Julia: the best Gomez Addams ever!
many notable actors have played the iconic role of Gomez Addams, but none have played him better than that of the late great Raul, Julia. Tim Curry, who is another one of my favorite actors like Raul Julia also played the iconic role, but Raul, portrayal of Gomez was just a little bit better played. Tim really didn’t excellent job with him and also with Tim Curry, Gomez had an English accent.

Karma cookbook by Boy George is truly chocked full of delicious recipes
Boy George is a well-known vegan and vegetarian. How he became a vegetarian is through spirituality. His time in Buddhism which he is and his time with the Hare Krishna brought him to this point of being a devout vegetarian. This book is chalked full of microbiotic recipes. This was the first time I ever learned about the form of cooking known as microbiotic. It is from the spiritual perspective that microbiotic was formed. Every recipe is delicious. However, around where I live, the ingredients are either too expensive or impossible to find.I wish I could’ve been able to enjoy these recipes but no such luck.

Vicious a deliciously, sarcastic British Broadcasting Company sitcom
vicious is a British broadcasting corporation sitcom that I happen to find on my TV. I love a good British sitcom and to me this sitcom is 100% one of the best British sitcom I have ever seen in my whole life. the premise of the show was very very simple. It’s about a gay couple of elderly persuasion who live in London in a what would be known as an apartment complex but in England, it would be a flat.

Boy George Take it like A Man
Boy George’s autobiography is a great read. It was released in 1995 written by Boy George, of course. Basically, he tells his life story before Culture Club, in, after and solo. I loved reading his autobiography, in fact I had always wanted to read it, and I finally had a chance. To read the book is like you are sitting in a English pub with Boy George having a drink or two and he’s telling you how it was.

Selena – the series
Selena, the series, which is a series on Netflix about the remarkable but devastatingly all too short life of Selena. The series goes more in death than the movie and there is a lot more focus on Selena as a little girl in the 70s, however, evolution into being a teenager in the 80s, and her transformation into adulthood in the 90s in the music business right along with her brother sister and parents – AB , Suzette, Marcella, and Abraham.

The boondocks
I got into the then comic strip, “the boondocks” created by Aaron McGruder in my sophomore year of high school. I had all of the comic strip collections treasury. My grandmother would even cut out the strip for me that she saw in the newspaper and put it in an album every time she saw it. Thank you, grandma, Irene! The boondocks centers around three black kids – Huey, Riley, and friend Cesar and what it means to be black in America as seen through their eyes. Huey, is the main character, named after civil rights activist Huey P Newton.

The Goode Family review
the Goode family is a show created by Beavis and Butthead creator Mike Judge. Gerald Goode is the husband and father who works at the local college as a professor, voiced by Mike Judge the same voice he had for another hippie teacher on Beavis and Butthead – David Van dReisen. On a sidenote, every other show, since Beavis and Butthead, where the voice receives, its own show, have all gone on to be successful shows. Like I have said that Mike Judge gives these characters their voices, Hank Hill, the main character of king of the Hill, began as old man and war, veteran neighbor on Beavis and Butthead Tom Anderson.

My review of the Nanny sitcom
my grandmother and I used to watch the nanny all of the time and for that reason, this sitcom will always have a special place in my heart. Originally, airing on CBS, the nanny is about a nice Jewish girl from Flushing, queens, who got kicked out by her ex-boyfriend from their relationship and his bridal shop, and that in the shows theme song is explained.

RuPaul‘s VH1 talkshow
in the late 1990s, iconic drag queen RuPaul had a talk show on VH1, and the show was really good. Roo was always joined on stage with her best friend and assistant Michelle visage. In my personal point of view, the RuPaul talk show was really a good and entertaining late night talk show to watch. Well, the show was on the air. Some notable guests that came to mind are Dennis Rodman, who RuPaul kissed on one episode. Other notable guests were the B-52, the late Olivia, Newton-John, and MDO – another incarnation of Menudo, these are the few that came to my mind initially. I have never forgotten the memorable moment on the show, when Dennis Rodman and RuPaul shared a kiss on the lips. RuPaul’s opinion of the kiss and Dennis’ lips were that it was “nice and juicy.”
