The Shadow Within Our Spirit
My experience with my spiritual awakening was that spirituality was far from being just love and light. The beginning stages of a spiritual awakening it was dark, sorrow and I thought I was losing my mind; that I was going 'crazy'. I learnt that spirituality had its shadows and we also had a shadow.

Confession of being Emotionally UNavailable
I ran away at any type of genuine intimacy. I had guys wanting to give me the love I need and deserve. Only turning around and running away in a completely different direction. Instead, I run after guys who were emotionally closed off. Leaving me constantly having to question my worth and if I was good enough.

Giving re-birth to the plants and creatures that habitats this planet, we call home. The human race is Mother Gia shadow aspect. We are her 'Shadow Self'. Every living thing on this planet has a cycle they are following or on the path of. That includes Earth. - There are things we can't comprehend due to our level of understanding of how the universe works. We are in barking towards a completely different change. Not as individuals but as a whole. -

awakening
Spirituality isn't just rainbows and positive quotes. As we have good and evil within the world. Spirituality is looking at Truth and the Truth is that both exist around us. We can be oblivious and just look at the positive. Although that is not the full Truth.

my thoughts
\\: Any living thing that lives on this planet ends their life by dying. We have a certain amount of time to spend and we get to choose what we do with that time. What happens to us after we die is something nobody can bring forth hardcore evidence on. Everyone has their theories and assumptions, but nobody really knows. Our body is going to deteriorate once we die. Although what happens to our consciousness, does that part deteriorate too? Another question that nobody is able to give you an answer that comes with evidence. - The real question is; how are YOU going to spend your TIME?

Masculine and Feminine are within each one us. That is something that is not in our control. - The masculine and feminine we had, to begin with, was out of anybody's control. Unlearning habits and letting go can be difficult as familiarity is much more comfortable. - With growth comes going through uncomfortable and unfamiliar experiences. But with the healing and work and the change that is occurring. Everything will turn for the better. Better than expected.

Authentic Self
I personally haven't been the greatest in speaking my truth in the past. I would agree with other beliefs or values when it contradicted mine. I lived my way in others shadow and following the crowd. Honestly, it wasn't fulfilling. It was a trauma response, to be a people pleaser. -- During my time of reflecting and attending to wounds I found that some of my destructive behaviours were trauma responses. This gave me the compassion that I needed to heal and forgive for myself. We can't undo trauma or our past. Mistakes were made and some regrets. Although that is where lessons are embedded in. It is the individual's job to find the lesson. Sometimes it's not always in your face.

Treasury Truth
I had this belief that I could somehow take someones else pain away for them. Something I wish I could. But I have learnt that it is not my job. It's nobody's job to take away anyone's pain for them. Because that's a job only the individual can do for themselves. We all have different types of ingredients to pain and the healing process won't look the same.

Mother Nature
||: Unfiltered Views As a human race, we lack passion and purpose. Something that we can't find searching on Google. Although the environmental activists and many others who we've seen on the news and social media outlets, represents the missing passion that we lack. Using their voice for something they believe in and worth fighting for.

be kind and create, or stay quiet
a TOOL : // || : One of the tools that we lack is how to adapt to changes and how to let go of our pain and suffering. For decades the ways of handling emotions were separated by genders. Men weren't allowed to show emotions because it was promoted that no man cries and emotions meant you weren't a man. Opening up and expressing emotions have always been looked down upon on. Whereas women were seen as hysterical and emotional beings. It's like gender has something to do with how we should handle or show emotions. When reality it doesn't matter what gender you identify as. It doesn't change the fact that you're able to feel emotions.

good and beauty comes with ugliness
High for Hours by J Cole High for Hours reminds me of my humble beginnings. I was born in the Philippine where it's blessed with tropical islands, amazing food and culture. Although with everything that has good and beauty within, comes with ugliness. That for the Philippines is the corruption, violence and poverty that they experience. Australia has open opportunities that aren't accessible or open to the people in the Philippines. Example the public health care service. Which entitles Australian citizens in free access to health care services without paying. In countries like the USA, Syria, Philippines etc. the public has to pay for the full amounts of the fee of their medications or hospital admission fees.
