Masculine and Feminine are within each one us. That is something that is not in our control. - The masculine and feminine we had, to begin with, was out of anybody's control. Unlearning habits and letting go can be difficult as familiarity is much more comfortable. - With growth comes going through uncomfortable and unfamiliar experiences. But with the healing and work and the change that is occurring. Everything will turn for the better. Better than expected.

Emotions are something each and one of us deals with. It has always been promoted for males not to show emotions and if you were to show emotions it would disqualify you as a man. Emotions aren't just a woman thing or issue. Accepting your emotions and understanding them is dunting. Although your emotion is something you shouldn't be scared about. Emotions come and go. /

There is no right or wrong way to deal with your emotions. Some have different ways of coping. Some only use the tools they know. Not everyone knows how to deal with their emotions. That is something we can't judge somebody on. That is nobodies place but the person with the emotions. - Although, emotions are not an excuse to act in harmful and abusive ways.

There has always been this idea that emotions were masculine or feminine. Like emotions are separated through genders. Emotions are emotions. Each and one of us have emotions. It doesn't matter if you are a guy or a girl. Each and one of you feel emotions as much as the other.

Emotions are not something to be afraid of. Emotions are the sign you are human and living. Some emotions are fun to feel and others not so much. Another part of being human is feeling and understanding them. When you understand your own emotions. You get a better sense of others. As we are all connected. -

Each gender has been promoted to feel certain emotions differently. Males were taught not to show emotions and showing emotions was 'feminine'. Expressing emotions like sadness, grief, love, disqualify you as being a man. Whereas women were promoted not to show emotions like sadness, grief, anger, making it 'unladylike' to express those emotions.

Repressing emotions is unladylike. Because ladies and men should never repress emotions. Emotions are not something to be pushed down and buried. Feeling angry, sadness etc. is normal, although what and how you handle the anger, sadness etc. should put yourself, others at harm.

We haven't been taught to deal with our emotions properly. Not many feel comfortable exploring their emotions because they don't know how to. - Not all emotions are pleasant. But that comes with everything in life. The good and the bad. How emotions are express is where you decide whether it came from love.

It can be daunting coming to terms that emotions are not something to fear. Because it's so unfamiliar. When we have been running away from them. - Understanding where these emotions are rooted and how they affect your present day. Emotions are not something to run away from. - Going into understanding your emotions has to come from forgiveness, empathy, compassion and kindness. That's what comes with being understanding.

We live in a corrupt world. Where they show and promote chaos more than beauty. - The way society has ended up with an increased rate of mental health issues, homelessness, drug use because we have been looking at these issues like they were separated and they were under only our roofs. Only seeing that these are social issues. We can't just fix one because as they are lace with one another.

With all the chaos going around. There is beauty that is happening. Nature is blooming. - It's been so much fresher. More insects are out during the day, comparing to last year. Crickets are out during the day. So many birds. That's amazing. That even though our lives have been put on hold. Other living creatures on this Earth are growing and blooming.

We forget that we are sharing this planet, not just with one another but other creatures too.
