Non-Medically Diagnosed Anxiety...
Having non-medically diagnosed anxiety is a pain in the derrière, to say the least! What this means in my particular case is that I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I have anxiety because I know how I feel inside and out. However, I have not gone to a doctor and had them give me a diagnosis and write me a prescription for a medication that ultimately I probably won't take anyway. To be honest, I really don't believe that a doctor can help me (only in my specific case) with the anxiety issues I am having. Probably because I am more stubborn than anything else, but nonetheless.

Senior Downtime
When you enter an age where you no longer have children in the home to care for, you begin to wonder what you are supposed to do in order to fill your time. Boredom cannot become an option when the sunshine and warm weather are so inviting. Sure, you can go and visit your children or your grandchildren; if you have them. As you are thinking in your head that there is no reason to celebrate yourself; the entire universe is telling you the exact opposite. There are so many different reasons to celebrate yourself and every single reason matters. It doesn't just matter to you, it matters to everyone around you. Toxic Coworkers
Work atmospheres differ so greatly depending on ‘who’, ‘what, ‘where’, ‘when’, and ‘why’. However, the biggest determining factor as to whether you will enjoy yours is the ‘who’. Toxic coworkers can make or break a work experience for so many. And far too often many great employees leave jobs because of the people, not the position being held. Many companies are unknowingly employing greedy, lazy, and even backstabbing individuals without even realizing it because they only portray those traits in sneaky manners.

Bad Habits:
Everyone has that one bad habit that they wish they could change or they wish they could break. The fact is, you can. It takes some time and some practice, but it can be done. I think what may play stronger into this change is the "want" to change. If someone does not want to change, then they just simply won't. Whether it is for the better or not. There are quite a few things that we as humans can do to make ourselves better. But then you are analyzing the English language and trying to understand exactly what the word "better" really means. It could mean something totally different to two totally different people. That is the joy of verbiage.

Handling Stress or Depression
More often than not stress and depression are brought on by the holidays, but this is not always true for everyone that suffers from these conditions. Sometimes it can just be a stressful day or bad news that has caused a bout of depression. It does not have to be a holiday or a huge event to cause stress or depression for someone.

Communication is Key
Let's face it, some people will get married and some will not. However, those that do, truly need to know their partner before they say "I do". Quite often some of the most important questions are overlooked or simply ignored just to be able to get down the aisle faster than someone else. It is not a race. If you are in love with someone and you want to be with them forever, then there are some things you need to find out ahead of time.
