My Review of "The Naked Gun 33 1/3: The Final Insult"
The Naked Gun 33 1/3: The Final Insult is the final chapter to The Naked Gun trilogy. It came out back in 1994 and as such it is very much a product of its time. Those that might not have too much pop culture knowledge of the late 80s and early 90s will not get half of the jokes that fly by this time around. If you get it though... it's a little more stratifying watching this old movie.

My Review of "The Menu"
The Menu is a dark comedy thriller that came out late in 2022. The whole movie is a bit of a mystery and the trailers for this movie helped build the intrigue. They don't tell you much and that's how it's supposed to be. That's why my anticipation was up for this one. I hope this is the start of a new trend.

My Review of "Clueless (1995)"
Clueless (1995) was an instant classic when it came out in 1995. It is iconic and at the time we didn't know how much of an impact it would have with popular culture. To this day we still see current pop culture being influenced by this movie. I get to dive back in to see if this movie stands the test of time.

My Review of "The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special"
The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special has recently started streaming exclusively on Disney Plus in 2022. Just in time for the holidays. I wasn't sure what to make of this because I remember the super cheesy Star Wars TV show back in the day. Perhaps Disney was going to phone it in for some content on their streaming platform. Then again James Gunn was in charge of it so there has to be something to it.

My Review of "The Naked Gun 2 1/2: The Smell of Fear"
The Naked Gun 2 1/2: The Smell of Fear came out back in 1991. After the amazing first movie there was a lot riding on this sequel. If you've seen the first movie you probably have some expectations for this second outing. Unfortunately it kind of falls flat but it does have its moments.

My Review of "Blockbuster: Season 1"
Blockbuster Season 1 is a new Netflix exclusive TV series that came out in 2022. It's kind of ironic that Netflix would have a TV series about Blockbuster if you know about the history between the two companies. Many people might be too young to realize this but at one time Blockbuster had a stranglehold on Netflix and refused to buy out Netflix.

My Review of "The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad!"
The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad! came out back in 1988. I remember having fun with this movie back in the day but I didn't appreciate it. A lot of the jokes were way over my head when I was younger and as an adult now I can appreciate some of the fun they were having. That's not to say that this is that raunchy of a film. There are certain scenes not suitable for children however the material is quite tame compared to today's standards.

My Review of "Nope"
Nope was a hotly anticipated movie of 2022. It surprises me that it took me this long to see it. I'm not really big into horror movies so that could be a reason why I tip toed around it but I finally got a chance to see it. Boy was I in for a surprise and in all the right ways. What I saw from the trailers misdirected me. I thought this movie was going to go into a totally different direction.

My Review of "Elf"
Elf came out back in 2003 and it's a bonified masterpiece in holiday storytelling. I've loved it since it first came out and I didn't think I was going to be disappointed when watching this movie 20 years later. A lot has changed though so you never know.

My Review of "Andor: Season 1"
Andor: Season 1 has just wrapped up on Disney Plus. If you're a fan of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story movie you'll be at home with the tone of this series. You'll also be familiar with the main character and the setting of this show. I was a huge fan of Rogue One so I couldn't wait to check this show out.

My Review of "Do Revenge"
Do Revenge is one of Netflix's latest new exclusive movies out on their streaming platform. On the surface level it might not appeal to adults but I urge them to give this a try. There's a little more content in this movie than I had first anticipated.

My Review of "Austin Power: International Man of Mystery"
Austin Power: International Man of Mystery came out back in 1997. It's funny because they reference the year a lot so you won't forget this fact. I remember loving this movie when it first came out. There was a time when I had this movie on repeat because I loved it so much. It was new, wacky and I was oh so naïve. I was curious if this movie would pass the test of time if I rewatched it today.
