Clinging Spirits
I don’t know where it came from or how it came, but it was there suddenly in my lonely life visiting me constantly. It was a rock holding me down making my steps heavier and heavier, prohibiting my progress, and making my time a meaningless flight into the unknown. I found myself talking to myself when disturbed and listening to it in my dreams whenever those rainy days showed up unexpectedly. I was staying up all night with shadows dancing around me as they played with my mind while recollecting moments of melancholy not far from the past.

Steam Roller Rolling
I was attending this concert with this girl that I met on a Tuesday night at an eclectic coffee shop located right in the middle of downtown. She was dancing and jerking her body around trying to impress every guy and every girl, that like girls, in that hot, moldy, congested, sweaty-smelling environment. The music had everyone going, creating a thick atmosphere that was filled with odor and human mist.

Captain Oh Yeah
I was wearing my black, collared, slick, long sleeve shirt that I had just bought from the Gap to show it off on that particular Friday evening. It made my beer gut look like it was gone (you know how wearing the color black makes chunky people look a little thinner), and it gave me this mysterious panther-like look while all the silver rings I was wearing on my lanky fingers embellished the blackness of this awesome shirt. This particular shirt was a huge girl magnet too. By far, it was my favorite shirt for a long time.

The Wipe
I was out with my girlfriend at a bar in Hollywood drinking and celebrating. It was a “whatever” night for us to celebrate that night. Suddenly, I had the urge to take a number-two (yes a big ol’ dump), and I really didn’t want to do it because pinching a loaf at a public place, especially a bar, is just embarrassing. However, this loaf was coming out like a bat out of Hell.

Rioting and Looting Does Not Uphold Justice for George Floyd's Death
Ever since the video of Minneapolis police officers arresting and killing George Floyd in public went viral, the United States has turned upside down. It was clear that Floyd, a 46-year-old black man, was maliciously pinned to the ground with a knee to his neck that eventually caused his death. Pedestrians nearby witnessed the death of a man who was detained for writing a fraudulent check, which it was not clear at the moment if Floyd actually did commit that crime. The officer, Derek Chauvin, who held his knee pressed down on Floyd’s neck, acted as if nothing happened. Chauvin was just acting like Floyd needed to be handled with the most extreme measures, as Floyd pleaded for his life.

The Intruder
Making love to my love at the park. It was a nice sunny day, and no one was around. It was perfect for a session of love. It was perfect. The wind was blowing just right keeping the heat at a nice cool level. Suddenly, the whole park started moving as if an earthquake hit. I looked at my love, and she was just calling my name. With a hard stare, she just kept calling my name.
