Farewell to The Shame of Our Nation
Dear Trump, I will not address this letter as Dear Mr. President because you do not deserve that level of respect. You brought a darkness over our nation for the past four years. Created a huge national division among American citizens even those in the same family. I guess I should be thanking you for the last one because it allowed me to see the ingorance of some of the people I thought to be intellgent. I will not thank you however, because you are one person that does not deserve it.
Dear Donald, Thank you for revealing yourself as the dangerous alligator that inhibited the same swamp you promised to drain.
Dear Donald, Most people are never truly ready to confront their abuser, but at least this time I get to do so personally. You have single-handedly turned my friends, this country, and half the world upside down; but America will be great because of it. Please pay attention. Maybe find a friend to talk this over with. It is time you gainfully grasp why being called a Trump supporter is not a compliment.
Dear Donald, Thank you for coming, thank you for going. It’s been four long years of what we could only call an extraordinary and devastating unravelling.
Say His Name
January 19, 2021, New York City. Dear Donald John Trump, I am a woman and an immigrant. I left everyone I love, all the opportunities and shelter I had—in Latin America. I immigrated to the United States, searching for opportunities my country could not provide me. So far, the land of freedom has been kind and generous to me. From all the cities I chose, the city that never sleeps chose me first, and I embarked on arriving in New York City - the same place that gave birth and raised you.
To Mr. Donald J. Trump The company of the USA wishes to terminate your employment effective January 20th, 2021., and we will no longer require (nor want) your services.
To our President
To our president, Donald J. Trump, I write you to say farewell. As our president I neither despised you nor loved you. As neither a democrat nor a republican, I feel I might be able to bring a perspective to this letter different than most. Maybe you won’t like what I have to say, maybe you will, I don’t know, but I need to say it.
Thank you, Mr. Trump!
Dear, Mr. Trump, These past few years, I'm sure, have been some of your best, at least in your opinion. However, for me, and millions like me, it has been a scary near half decade. At the start of your presidency, we heard stories and allegations about you and how you treated others, namely women. As a woman, this was obviously something that bothered me. However, I figured the country is made up of mostly women so surely, and because you want to make a good impression, we will be safe. As time went on, things got even worse. It wasn't just women that were being disrespected and made fun of because the president had done the same, but then immigrants became a target, resulting in multiple unnecessary deaths and dehumanizing separations. At the same time, the black community suffered far too many hits. I felt like we had been transported to the Civil Rights era of the 60's. We marched and protested, and instead of being heard, there were more killings of my people, and to top it off, you called Black Lives Matter Protesters, “thugs.” As a black woman who comes from immigrants and native indigenous peoples, your time in the white house has shown me the true definition of a dystopian society, growing and forming from the ground up, like a slow build of in an apocalyptic movie.
The Most Influential President - Donald Trump
To Donald Trump So I want to start by saying that I don’t think that anyone could possibly say that the many things Trump has accomplished during his time as president were anything less than miraculous.
To the orange Muppet next door...
Dear Donald, As a leader of the most powerful nation on earth, you have been able to behave with such disregard to human rights and put aside any concept of community values. The concept of good faith, during situations where the law is to be applied, serves as a mediatory role between a rule and a principle. In the last four years, you have been able to through away the standard process of good faith and have made continuous decisions that have put many in even worst situations. You have managed to ignore the well being of an entire nation and, in consequence, many of these decisions have impacted many countries across the globe. Throughout your presidency, Trump, you have shown that you are clearly unaware of the consequences that follow a criminal act. You have deliberately played a role in destroying women’s rights, disregarding black lives and consistently denying any wrong doing.
Despise You Forever
Donald Trump watches as barricades are placed upon every surrounding structure wishing he could tweet "election fraud, election fraud, election fraud." And while he wishes, we proclaim:
In the Name of Jesus
In the name of Jesus So many offensive things have been done in his name recently that Christianity is getting a bad reputation. Jenna Ryan starts repeating, “In the name of Jesus” over and over again as she breaches the capital and trespasses along with the other terrorist. Jake Angeli, the QAnon Shaman, trespasses, destroys property, threatens lawmakers then stands on the center desk and leads a prayer on a megaphone. Trump ordered peaceful protesters to be cleared out with tear gas and rubber bullets so he could pose in front of a church waving the bible around upside down. Evangelicals claim that Trump was sent by God all the while treating him as a demigod. These are just a few recent examples of atrocities committed in the Lord’s name. It makes me nauseous, and it gives so many sane educated people an open to demonize Christianity.
