I Can’t Say Goodbye to Today
I Can’t Say Goodbye to Today I can’t say goodbye to today, Its light still warms my soul. The hours slipped between my hands, Yet somehow made me whole.

Now that’s what I call Cinema
Movie Africa Continental medium Algerian dream Fascinating free installation at Tate Britain, London in the glorious, palatial Duveen Galleries. The reel above shows just one of the captivating exhibits. Zineb Sedira's work draws on personal encounters within the Algerian diaspora of Africa. Taking inspiration from family archives and the history of cinema, she bridges the political and the poetic, thoughtfully exploring themes of memory, migration and trauma. Her installations invite audiences to consider the emotional and geographical dimensions of displacement, while critically examining dominant historical narratives. Until 17 January 2027.

Introduction This is my nineteenth piece inspired by Justine G. Cappelli's beautiful and inspirational artwork. I love that Justine always gives a full story behind the painting, which gives me more than just the painting to work off.

The Things We Leave Behind
The Things We Leave Behind We spend our lives collecting things, That time can never truly own. Yet all the gold and diamond rings, Mean little when we’re left alone.

What Lies Beneath the Earth
What Lies Beneath the Earth Beneath our feet the silence sleeps, In caverns no one dares to tread. Where darkness guards forgotten keeps, And whispers wake the long since dead.
