The Mermaid Whose Father Was a Shark
She was so sweet and loved by all

The Mermaid Whose Father Was a Shark
Beneath the waves where moonlight sleeps,
Where ancient secrets hide so deep,
A mermaid child with silver eyes,
Was born beneath the ocean skies.
Her father was a mighty shark,
A guardian of the endless dark,
With teeth like knives and oceans wide,
He carried storms beneath the tide.
The creatures whispered as she passed,
“She cannot belong, her blood is vast,”
But she held kindness in her heart,
A different soul, a work of art.
She danced where coral kingdoms grew,
Among the gold and waters blue,
The sharks would bow, the dolphins sing,
For she was ocean’s hidden queen.
She knew the darkness of her name,
She knew the fear, she knew the blame,
But deep inside her heart she knew,
Her father’s strength had carried through.
Not every shadow brings a curse,
Not every story must be worse,
For even from the deepest sea,
A gentle heart can still be free.
So when the waves begin to roar,
And secrets rise from ocean floor,
Remember her, the child of two,
With shark blood and a spirit true.
