White Hole
Maybe nothing isn't so dark or void But a bright whiteㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤhole coiled with nowhere to spring but inside itself ㅤㅤㅤㅤ* Picture tubes sublimating ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤsnow ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤto vapor We condense inside gliding strideless to the body of a plane She idles the tarmac ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤsurgical a patient waiting for her operator breathing like a raspy accordion We pan her whale-like figure to a pipe rung ladder and scale ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤrung ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤby rung ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤinto her underbelly Where we're blown out through her nose slapping her slippery metal skin ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤbelly up witnessing ourselves paling ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤwhiter ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤand whiter the sea foam of our form erased ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤno war or protest just the evaporation of everything Even words whiten mid-syllable naming nothing with the last puff of froth ㅤㅤㅤㅤ* we wake in a sheet-pinned peninsula sweaty still us as much as we remember like nothing happened

Say...
I’m out. The common novel has shrunk to the novella to the novelette, and here I am, like the meth has left me next to a dumpster; this is a free-form death wish on the danger of the demon, hyperbole as I let loose on a soapbox upon a dead corner. A march, under starched for good, in the ether, and it’s getting a little cozy. Post-PUNK, Air-walking the gap-to-sloper, wall planter through the wall that turns out was formally promised declaration of a hay-day. “A dab will do, Love.” I'm not (eye roll) that special. Minx of Tartars, hear me! “…you cut out there, but I have you now. Flipping, flopping on whether I use this to prove a point to Thee INSIDE or take the dare like a child, pretending I’m only stumbling on the refresh button for the third time looking for that dreaded front button. “You meant back, right?” To say it plainly, Dane sees the biblical heaven fees, not worth the new fucking app, but if the gates of Six Flags can’t stop me…

When Nobody Notices Your Tears
When Nobody Notices Your Tears You smile for the world though your heart feels tired, Pretending you’re strong when your soul feels expired. Nobody sees the battles you fight in your head, The nights full of worries when you lie in your bed.
