STUCK BETWEEN MY THOUGHTS
STUCK BETWEEN MY THOUGHTS I tried to speak, but my tongue just froze, I tried to breathe, couldn’t feel my nose, The thoughts in my head were swirling like wind, I couldn’t find where to even begin. The words were there, but they wouldn’t come out, They tangled themselves in a whirlwind of doubt, And everything I wanted to say, Seemed to gather its thoughts and run away.

THE CRYSTAL THAT HEALED MY THOUGHTS
THE CRYSTAL THAT HEALED MY THOUGHTS I bought a crystal to heal my mind, For lately my thoughts had been so unkind, I’d pulled myself down till I couldn’t see, A single good thing that was left inside me. I was my own critic, the worst I had known, Finding fault with the seeds that I’d carefully sown, And somewhere beneath all the worry and pain, I wondered if I’d ever feel happy again.

Mine Palace Construction
There is a room in my mind I’ve lived in for years without ever meaning to. A room built out of old conversations, unfinished apologies, and the kind of memories that cling like damp fabric. I didn’t decorate it. I didn’t choose the furniture. I didn’t even choose to stay. But somehow, I kept returning to it—sitting in the same chair, touching the same wounds, replaying the same ghosts.
