Navigating the Maze of Adulthood: Essential Tips for Success and Fulfillment

Today I am 30 years old and I would say that I have led a good "Adult Life" for the last 7 years.

As a result, I own a business worth over a million dollars, have achieved complete financial independence, live on the beach, have a great girlfriend, am in great physical shape, and overall live a happy and wonderful life.

Here are my tips to help you do the same.

(Important Note: Being an "Adult" is a matter of action and character… Not age. I know children of 40 and adults of 16.)

Exercise Daily: Your body deserves that you take good care of it. It doesn't matter if it's running, cycling, lifting weights or playing Frisbee with your dog. Sweat every day and take care of your body as if it were the only one you'll have in your life… because it really will be the only one you'll have in your life.

Stop Waiting for Handouts: From Mom, Dad, Government, Friends, and Rich Relatives. Take care of your things and depend only on yourself. This will bring you much more confidence and satisfaction in the long term.

Listen More Than You Talk: No one really cares about your opinion. So shut up, listen to others, and add value when possible. Nobody likes that guy who only talks about himself.

Get 8 Hours of Sleep a Night: Stop playing Fortnite until 2 am and prioritize your sleep. This will greatly improve your performance and make you happier.

Stop Getting Drunk: Wow! There's nothing wrong with getting a little drunk. But getting so drunk that you can't even speak in coherent sentences is definitely NOT something adults should do.

Take Full Responsibility for Your Life: No, it's not your parents' fault, it's not society's fault, it's not your university's fault. You and only you are responsible for your life and its results. Stop complaining about how unfair life is and DO something to change it.

Educate Yourself Every Day: If you're not expanding your mind and learning new things, you're not a real adult. Adults know that times change and life happens very quickly. So they do everything possible to stay one step ahead. Children focus on entertainment. Adults focus on education.

Spend Less Than You Earn: It doesn't matter if you have to shower at the gym and live in your car. Don't take loans and don't spend your money on stupid things.

Have Interests Other Than Netflix and Your Xbox: Sure, when you're a kid, watching TV and playing video games is acceptable. But if you want to be an adult, you need to cultivate interests that don't involve a screen. Seriously… grab a paintbrush, a guitar, anything…

Don't Be an Idiot: If you still yell at your waiter when your food is cold, or yell at customer service staff, or make obscene gestures at old ladies when you're in traffic… Not only are you a child, you're also an imbecile. Be kind to other people. You never know when you will need such kindness back.

Work on Something You Love: Build a business, write a book, create a painting. Create something of value for the world instead of just being a consumer all the time.

Use Social Media Responsibly: That is, in moderation. Children spend a lot of time worrying about "likes" and "follows", while adults use social media as a tool to promote their brand and keep up with their friends.

Have Goals: If you are not growing, you are dying. Stop marginalizing yourself while consuming a bunch of content without any responsibility and start doing something with your life. You'll only have one life… so make the most of it.

Don't Let Mom and Dad Make Your Decisions for You: I know 30-year-old "men" who don't travel, break up with their girlfriend, or look for a new job because they're worried about what their parents will think. I love my parents just like everyone else, but you know what? They don't have to live my life! So I don't let them make important life decisions for me.

Be Polite: Please and Thank You help a lot. Open the door for the elderly. Let people pass in front of you in traffic. And overall, be a good person.

Do What Must Be Done: Whatever you want in life, you can achieve it. But you have to be willing to pay the price for it. So stop masturbating to your dreams and ideas of greatness and simply do what you need to do to achieve your goals.

I hope this helps

Keep your feet on the ground,
