How to prepare homemade body polishing powder

1 Firstly, blend an appropriate amount of green moong dal, masoor dal, and chana dal together in a blending jar to make a fine powder.

2 Now take it out in a container and add neem powder and turmeric powder to it and mix them all together well.

3 Store this Ayurvedic powder and keep it. Now take out this powder in a bowl before taking bath and prepare a paste of normal consistency by adding the appropriate amount of rose water or milk to it.

4 For body polishing, wet the body, and apply the prepared paste on all parts of the body including feet, hands, neck, abdomen, back.
