Zen meditation, known as Zazen, involves the practice of sitting in silence, focusing on the breath and the present moment.

Today, meditation has become a secular practice and is widely used for its benefits in promoting physical health and mental well-being. Meditation has been the subject of numerous scientific studies, demonstrating a wide range of benefits for individuals who regularly practice it. Regular meditation practice has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. It can improve mood, increase focus and concentration, and promote a sense of inner peace and calmness.
