COVID-19 & Mindfulness — 3 things I learnt
I came into close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 this past week and soon tested positive myself. There is a lot of fear instilled when it comes to COVID-19 and I found myself panic; I have to continue my studies for the summer semester, I have a job I need to continue doing well, I need to find time to help around the house and if I am sick then how will I be able to handle everything.

How Reading "Eat, Pray, Love” in Bali Changed my Relationship with the Chakras
I’m reading the “Pray” section of the book “Eat, pray, love” which is based in India and it brings me straight back to my time learning yoga there. It’s quite fitting for me right now as I embark on a kind of homemade yoga retreat in Canggu, Bali.

Life Forced Me into a Tailspin so I Changed Directions
The new me is a little overweight, maybe 10–15 pounds, but still sexy as hell. My hair color is varied; according to the box the base color is Beeline Honey, but a stylist added light blond and auburn highlights. At one time, they blended beautifully. Then the grey roots grew exposing a skunk line down the middle of my head. I covered that with some anti-grey wash-in dye my husband used and learned "Just For Men" means not for women. It didn't turn out like I planned so now there are patches yes, patches of brown splattered around as if I recently finished a game of paintball.

Could Chopin Be the Most Famous Person With Cystic Fibrosis?
The urge to cough was strong. Stronger still was the need to finish. Back rigidly straight, Fryderyk Chopin's fingers danced. Just a little more. Nearly there. The melody took over. Lost in the soothing sounds, Chopin blocked out his bodily needs.
