If Memory Foam Isn’t The Perfect Mattress For You, Go Hybrid. Here’s Why!
Earlier this year, I was desperately searching for a mattress that would help me fall asleep and stay asleep all night. If you read my previous story, How Seasonal Changes Impact Your Sleep (Without You Even Knowing), then you know I’ve always struggled to get a good night’s rest. I performed extensive research online and amongst friends, and I ultimately found my Lull Mattress. I still remember the day my premium memory foam bed arrived at my home. I was excited to try something new, but certainly had my doubts. Little did I know that the contents of that simple box would have the power to shift my relationship to sleep forever. After nearly 1 year of resting, not just sleeping, on my Lull Original Mattress, I can honestly say that my life has changed for the better. I’ve gone from tossing and turning all night, to falling into a deep and restful sleep almost immediately. I’ve also noticed that I wake up in a far better mood as opposed to sleeping on my previous spring mattress, and that my Lull regulates my body temperature and cools me down at night.

Plush Or Firm? Here’s How To Choose The Right Mattress For You
A good night's sleep is vital for every human being to survive — we think everybody can relate to this statement. With its luxurious layers of premium memory foam, blended with traditional springs, the Lull Luxe is filled with the promise to give us the best sleep of our lives. That’s a huge promise! As it turns out, a confident mattress is extremely persuasive. We’ve decided to put Lull to the test and see for ourselves if Lull has what it takes to be our perfect match.

The Most Sustainable Way To Sleep, And How To Discover Your Forever Mattress
We all know that sleep is important, but in my house, it’s crucial. When my family doesn’t get enough sleep, the world feels like it’s going to end *que the dramatic music*. My daughters, for example, who are between the ages of five and ten, get very cranky and lazy when they don’t get adequate rest. Beyond the major mood swings, I also know when they haven’t had enough sleep because they will fall asleep anywhere, and I mean anywhere. At the kitchen table, in the car, smushed between the middle seat of an airplane, you name it!

If You Have Chronic Sleep Problems, You’re Not Alone
If a mattress could become your best friend, the Lull Luxe Hybrid would be mine. As parents of a toddler and newborn, the alone time of going to bed with my husband was the one thing we could look forward to each day where it was just us. A time to unwind, relax, catch up, binge watch tv, or simply just have a quiet moment to cuddle. A moment so important and crucial to our relationship quickly became a time of dread. After months of sleeping on an old, poor quality mattress, the one thing we looked forward to turned into hours of tossing and turning, aches and pains, sleepless nights, and waking up feeling even more tired than we were when getting into the bed in the first place.
New Year, A More Rested You
New year, new me. It's a cliche saying that we have all said at least once in our lives. At one time or another, we all had this crazy idea that within a year's time we could completely reinvent ourselves and our lives. One thing that remains true every year is it's an unachievable goal and we put way too much stress on ourselves trying to achieve it. Well, this new year I say no more! Instead of a new you this year, how about you strive for a more rested you? Here's how we can do that.

Now I don't know about you but if I had the option, I would throw 2021 into the bin. An absolute trash year. I've been dealing with it all this year: COVID life, heartbreak, work-related stress, I'm 21 and found my first grey hair, and above all of that I have not been prioritising resting my body.

I undressed for bed and looked at myself. Really looked. Why are hotel lights so unforgiving? I saw a bloated stomach from the evening meal, bulges under bra straps, thighs with slightly dimpled skin. And my pores … I hadn’t noticed how big they’d gotten, or how dull my hair looked in the light.

"You may not be there yet, but you are closer than you were yesterday." Day 1: As I am writing this the day is December 2nd 2021. I know, pretty bad time to start considering its the month of the holidays. Normally I would agree, but now I believe anytime is a good time to start when you truly want to do something. Through this process of figuring out how I am going to get back into working out I have started to realize that this is the start of my new fitness journey. I keep comparing everything to where I was a few years back and every-time I do it discourages me from doing anything at all.

Crocodiles have a design flaw. If insects bite a croc in the middle of the back, the crocodile’s legs can’t reach that spot to scratch. March Flies in the Northern Territory exploit this, stabbing into the soft parts between the impenetrable, shell-like, outer casing of a crocodile.

Jessica CarrollPublished 7 months ago in Longevity Philosopher Epictetus Thinks Being Clingy Is Not Worth It
Clinging to things out of our control only gives us pain, agony, and suffering but being content in controlling ourselves is the true mark of happiness. The outside world has no control over our happiness unless we allow the world to have it. This is what the famous Philosopher Epictetus believed.
