In March of 2015, I underwent weight-loss surgery in order to make my life healthier and more fulfilling. It was a decision I took very seriously, and to be honest, I was terrified. What I Eat in a Day to Stay Healthy
I have never shared my fitness journey on my blog before. If I am being honest, I wasn’t 100% sure that I could do it. I also never liked photos of me, so posting monthly pictures of my progress was my worst nightmare. I am really proud of my progress because I made a lifestyle change.
