1. Periods become irregular

Excessive intake of period delaying medicines starts troubling you with bloating and mood swings long before the arrival of periods. Also it is irregular and more painful. Whereas. It causes periods to be longer than the regular days. Sometimes periods stop coming on time and it can also affect your uterus.

2. Heavy bleeding can happen in the next periods

According to the doctor, 20% out of 100 women experience more erection than normal during periods for the next few months after consuming medicines to advance the period date. In some women it gets cured in 1 to 2 months, while in some women it keeps troubling for a long time.

On the other hand, if you regularly take medicines that extend the period date, then it can also make you a victim of other digestive problems.

3. Can cause complex health problems

Ginger tea - Consuming 2 cups of ginger tea in a day is beneficial. Honey, lemon or basil can also be added to it.

Sex - intercourse or say sex periods is a good way to get fast. Along with doing this, one gets relief from stress and also increases immunity.

Hot water pack - Applying a hot water bottle on your stomach is a good way to regularize periods.

Apart from these, there is medicine or treatment to bring periods naturally, eating fruits containing vitamin C, staying away from stress, using spices like fenugreek, fennel, coriander, sesame etc., taking coconut water and using cinnamon can also bring periods quickly. Can be used as natural medicine.
