you know what’s not rare?

having a rare disease.

are you aware of this already?

your body created your specific

cancer or decay

from your very specific

combination of

lifestyle

and thought patterns.

.

Is it not insanity to expect any other

to exactly replicate your patterns?

Your body functions the same as mine.

But how you have abused, neglected or nurtured it?

How you poison it?

That’s very specific to you (and your ancestral generational patterns)

.

Do you intellectualise fun?

Or do you actually create it?

Singing, dancing, sharing, laughing?

Love?

Relaxation, deep conscious breathing?

Your health is somewhere on the other side of these medicines and beyond the gates of addictions.

It’s buried beneath all of those negative emotions you suppressed and suppress.

Only you can do the work to be in health.

Only you can choose to feel good instead of conditioning yourself to be…

Whatever you call this.

.

The path is there.

Waiting.

Endlessly waiting.

For you.

It may be a bit cluttered. Maybe no one in your family ever walked it. Maybe you’re the first. Maybe that’s scary.

Of course that’s scary.

It’s terrifying.

Which also means your parents and their parents and their parents couldn’t clear all the boulders on it.

Which means it’s all on you.

Are you crying about that?

Are you complaining? Crying about the mountain before you?

It’s allowed.

Only, don’t stay there.

Forgive your ancestors quickly.

They did their best.

Besides - you’ve got some heavy lifting to do and you’ll need all your energy to do it.

.

Too busy arguing your limitations?

That’s what you’ll create more of.

Just know it’s a choice.

Health is a choice.

It rarely happens by chance.

It happens by choice.

Over and over again choices.

Repeated, consistent, loving choices.

So everything I feel is relavent for this is summarised above… I wanted it to be a short, fast read. Nothing wordy or long. If I had more energy I would have crafted a poem. This is how some of my poems start life actually.

But at 200 words.. it doesn’t meet the word count and landed back in my inbox rejected. Not to be deterred. I did what the others do 😉 I ran it through chat GPT and said make this 700 words. I had to say 700 because it’s not very good at counting. If I say 600 it would give me 550.

But now I’ll do what the others DONT do. I’ll tell you;

Everything below is AI generated and not worth your time.

Title: Your Unique Path to Health: A Personal Journey

In a world filled with countless ailments and diseases, the concept of rare diseases may seem like an oxymoron. It's true; many people around the globe battle health conditions that are far from unique. Yet, the notion of a "rare" disease is not entirely about the illness itself, but rather, the intricate interplay of lifestyle and thought patterns that can lead to a specific health issue. Your body, with its remarkable complexity, is a product of your individual choices, ancestral influences, and experiences. In this article, we'll explore the profound connection between your well-being and the choices you make in life.

### Your Body's Unique Symphony

The human body is a marvel of nature, functioning remarkably similarly from one person to the next. We all have hearts that pump blood, lungs that breathe air, and a complex network of organs that work together to maintain life. However, the true beauty of our bodies lies in their adaptability and their ability to respond to the choices we make.

Consider the idea that your specific health condition, whether it's a rare disease or a common ailment, has been crafted by the unique combination of your lifestyle and thought patterns. Your body is a canvas, and your actions, beliefs, and choices are the brushstrokes that create your individual masterpiece. It's an intricate tapestry of genetic inheritance, environmental influences, and the sum of your experiences.

### The Power of Choice

One fundamental truth becomes evident: you have the power to shape your health. Your daily choices, from the food you eat to the thoughts you entertain, play a pivotal role in determining your well-being. While it may sound like an oversimplification, it's an undeniable fact that you are the master of your health.

Think about it this way: have you intellectualized fun in your life? Have you considered the importance of singing, dancing, and sharing love? These seemingly simple actions have a profound impact on your overall well-being. Your health isn't solely about medicines and treatments; it's also about embracing a life that nourishes your body and soul.

### Unearth the Emotional Burden

One of the most overlooked aspects of health is the emotional component. We all have negative emotions that we've suppressed or continue to suppress. These emotions can be like a hidden treasure chest buried deep within, affecting our physical health. Only you can embark on the journey to unearth these buried emotions and release their hold on your well-being.

Facing your emotional baggage is not easy, but it's a necessary step on your path to health. Whether it's past traumas, unresolved conflicts, or persistent stress, these emotional burdens can manifest as physical ailments. Acknowledging and processing these emotions is a profound act of self-care.

### The Path to Wellness

Your unique path to health is laid out before you. It's a journey waiting for you to tread upon, an opportunity for healing and self-discovery. If your parents couldn't clear all the boulders on this path, it's important to forgive them quickly. You have a responsibility to tend to your own health, and you'll need all your energy for the journey ahead.

If you find yourself entangled in arguments about your limitations, remember that what you focus on tends to expand. It's a choice. Health is a choice. It rarely happens by chance. The more you concentrate on your limitations, the more they become your reality. However, if you choose to focus on your well-being and positive choices, you'll be on a trajectory toward a healthier, happier life.

In conclusion, while rare diseases may not be as uncommon as their name suggests, the uniqueness of your health journey lies in the choices you make, the emotions you confront, and the path you forge. Your body is a reflection of your lifestyle and thought patterns, and by understanding this connection, you can empower yourself to make choices that lead to better health. The path to wellness is waiting for you, and the choice to embark on it is yours alone.

What do you mean by if you had the energy, you would have crafted a poem?! To me, that was a magnificent educational, informative and insighful poem! I don't know whatchu talking about, lol! I used to be very health conscious, especially since 2010. That was when I became a vegetarian as well. I cut out sugar from my life, as well as fast food and junk food. But when my mental health hit rock bottom in 2021, I neglected everything. My eating habits now a terrible. But I don't wanna force myself into healthy eating again. I know I would automatically go into that when my mental health gets better. But don't worry, I'm still a vegetarian. That is something that I would never change!

I was already going to applaud you for your poem that totally a poem! Inspirational and thoughtful without patronising thoughtlessness! you have this skill of drilling right to what needs to be said, regardless of how many or how few words you use and never lose your sense for pacing cadence and eloquent but perfect word choices! to say I love this would be understatement!
