Although these public drinks sold in the market are not only a source of employment for a large number of people, but countless people quench their thirst with them, but from their preparation to the customer, there is a lack of cleanliness in the process. There is a lack.

The main ingredient in the preparation of all these syrups is water, which is not clean and unbleached anyway and can become a precursor to many stomach diseases. Also, the used glasses are repeatedly washed in the same bucket. And are presented to the customers.

Sandalwood Syrup:

It is made from wood shavings of sandalwood tree.

Since sandalwood is cold and dry in nature, it refreshes the heart and mind. Apart from strengthening the stomach and liver, it also purifies the blood.

Rose extract 750 grams

Recipe:

First, clean sandalwood well and put it in rose extract and soak it for 24 hours.

Now put them in a pot and put them on the stove to cook. When the rose water is half dry, take the pot off the stove and filter it through a cloth and add sugar to it. Now heat this solution again. Cover and cook till it becomes a string.

Now after taking it off the stove and cooling it, add the spirit and let it stand for five minutes. (If you want, don't add spirit). After that, after cleaning the glass or sugar bottle well with hot water, add the prepared syrup and close the lid well.

A fine and pure sandalwood syrup is prepared which not only removes heat but also purifies the blood.

Tamarind and Dry Potato Bukhara Syrup

Aloo Bukhara is a special gift of nature in summer. It is a refreshing and constipating fruit which is blackish red or yellow in color.

While the taste of the ripe fruit is bitter and raw. In the hot summer season, Aloo Bukhara quenches thirst. Since it reduces blood pressure, it is very useful for people suffering from high blood pressure. Diabetes patients can also use bitter gourd.

After removing the peel of fresh potatoes, the pulp can be removed and water can be added to make syrup easily.

Tamarind 250 grams

Recipe:

Soak dry golden tamarind and sweet dry potatoes overnight.

The water should be enough to soak both the ingredients well. In the morning, take out the tamarind seeds and potato kernels. Then add about one kilogram of sugar and cook until it becomes a thick syrup. It can be drunk by adding ice cubes and cold honey to the syrup. Is.

(Add sugar only after straining the tamarind so that the syrup becomes clear). Pregnant women use Aloo Bukhara to avoid severe heat, vomiting and headache. Pomegranate contains a lot of Hemoglobin, which is the reason why it is a source of very transparent blood. In addition, it is a fruit with excellent results in diseases of the liver, spleen and gall bladder. It also eliminates itching caused by heat in the blood.

Eliminates nervousness and restlessness by quenching thirst caused by intense heat.

Pomegranate juice means take the seeds of sweet vinegar pomegranates and extract one kilogram of juice from them and put it in a pot and put it on the stove and boil it so much that only one foot of juice is left.

Sherbet Falsa:

Falsa is preferred by women and children. Falsa gives strength to heart, liver and stomach.

Eliminates unnecessary physical tension but is a great blessing of Allah for diabetic patients. Fresh falsa or pure falsa syrup prepared from it quenches thirst as well as relieves nervousness.

Recipe:

Take fresh falsa of high quality and soak it in water for an hour after cleaning.
