The Edge
THE EDGE - Push - Prologue: Ah, yes, another rant! Somebody's got to do it ~ I guess I'm IT – I've personally experienced zealot progressives. I've been unable to say a word around them without a big confrontation; that's not me at all. I'm very much out of the loop! My only point Is that I just don't get a lot of things that are commonplace these days from Billboard-Body Tats/and Nose Piercings (ouch). And, I really don't care what kind of food someone eats or who they choose to sleep with for that matter; but respect rights of privacy.

Last Valentine
Last Valentine - The Nurse - NO New Memories – Some Special Ones You can be a Homeowner dealing with faulty plumbing issues, escalating tax bills, or there's always something! So, what's better? You lease an apartment and once everything's signed you're at the mercy of the landlord; lucky to get simple maintenance. Or should we, now, buy a Condo-Townhouse-Loft or whatever they're referred to as these days. And, then try to deal with the HOA's everyday nonsense once the image of the 'Curb-Appeal' wears off? Nah, the days of owning a sovereign log-cabin are 'out the window' as the American Dream: Dad sold our house for not much profit; just felt he got his innings out of it. (Really!)

Alter Ego
— Stream of Conscious–Subconscious — The complex complicated components of mental activities within an individual that proceed without total awareness. Subconscious processes may affect a persons behavior, even though we cannot always report on them, that concern the part of the mind one is not completely cognizant of but influences one's actions and feelings all the same.

Love ~ Hate
LOVE ~ HATE – Circle of Life – Jumping Through Hoops: Most of us can relate to too many problems to solve overloads. As soon as you solve one problem, more circle to appear side-by-side with those special moments. 'The Circle of Life,' as a philosophical concept is that our lives resemble a complete full-circle – with its joy and trials.

Sticks & Stones
STICKS & STONES — Phobias-Idioms — We all have phobias - big or small - that we often 'mask' as too embarrassing to tell anyone. Example: Fear of clowns 'Coulrophobia' perhaps your not-everyday 'Fear of Heights' or 'Closed in Elevator' issues? There was once an entire 'Seinfeld' episode that focused on Goofy-Kramer's fear of Clowns! Although a 'Biggie' with me is 'Fear of Women!'

Generation Gap
— OUR S.U.V. — The 1947 Chrysler Woody 'Vert – NO HYBRIDS here! The tank-metal craftsmanship is relic. Dad had a 'long-green' 4 door sedan whose grill served as a climbing 'Jungle-Gym.' The Toothy-Grills of the day. "Hit By A Buick" an everyday colloquial expression. This article is meant to Observe Point-Out our Senior verses the Newbies cultural differences and parallels – if any?

BRAIN FREEZE
BRAIN FREEZE — Treat you to Good Humor? – Let's discuss THAT? — Food Trucks – Currently a trending roadside dining experience – Once Dubbed 'Roach-Coaches' so if you don't remember the sweet sound of the 'Good Humor' truck, along with the excitement it brought, even for those few moments. Then, clearly you're out of the senior demographic required reading department and, probably won't relate to this article – I get THAT –

TYPE
TYPE ~ You Just Know ~ If people were to admit it to be so, most aren't even honest with themselves, what really attracts those to the opposite sex or neutral sex for that matter? Do we have a 'Choice' – Our heads rarely listen to our hearts! What comes 'naturally' – what does the heart want? It will tell you what to do. But 'scent' is what attracts (pheromones) me most; the aroma. If I were to say blue eyed blond, you'd think I was just an eye man; nothing more. Some say personality and others have 'lists' of attraction-explanations. When being 'honest' interested parties 1st have to get past initial physical-attraction. I believe most people have preferences when it comes to physical attributes, but oftentimes other qualities override these considerations, of course.

DANCE
As a prelude to 'Dance' although, at times, these little memories may seem trite and inconsequential; perhaps even boring. And, you may not want to take the time to read most of it. But when the time comes that 'The Kids' are 'Nana's or Papa's' themselves these little-ditties may be kind of fun and interesting for them to pass on to their grand-kids as well: So, for the next-gen — may they have long and happy lives!
