Your inner voice

Trusting your own voice

How often do you seek and find advice from others actually works for you in your life? How often had you carried out some hair brain idea that you had, and what were the results? There is an inner voice that we have learned how to dismiss. We have learned to silence that inner voice. We are here in this life to fully embrace our path, and I hardly believe that the distractions of life are part of the plan to help us live a life full of love, trust, and honor. I am writing this in hopes that you may see that you can embark on your spiritual path by listening to that inner voice.

Part of our overall life plan is to listen to this inner voice. This inner voice has a time tested value to you, and simply disregarding that voice is diminishing your spirit. Perhaps, there are reasons that the inner voice was closed down early in life due to the parental upbringing and then reinforced by marriage. I believe that we can recreate a story even if we have denied it from our whole experience. I can take you on a journey to find that inner voice, and begin creating again. I believe we all have a personal path that we are on aside from the relationships we have. I believe that getting to know your purpose is the most important thing you can do for yourself at this time.

I want to share with you some basic steps you can begin to take to get to know yourself better. By simply taking these first steps, you may begin to get some inner guidance on what, where, and how you begin to develop that trust with your spirit in present time.

  1. Take a walk in nature - Simply walk and do not bring any distractions along for this walk. Leave the phone, the earbuds, the schedule, the have to-do, and the want to-do's and just go for a walk.
  2. Set aside some time to just sit without any distractions. I suggest setting up a chair in a room where you can be in nature or at least witness it, and find time to relax (10 minutes to start).
  3. Join an organization that speaks to your desires. There are a myriad of places to plug into that will give you a sense of community when/if you get out of your own way. By simply acknowledging that you are available to give time to something by serving others you will find the joy that is missing in your current path.

The beginning of your journey to create the life you were designed to lead starts today! Get on your path and begin to explore the great story inside of yourself that the world needs to see today! Be blessed my friends, and feel free to write me about your experiences.
