Normally, when we like a boy or a girl, we want to know if the other person feels the same way about us . The simple fact of asking the other person directly is usually very costly, either because of shyness or especially because of fear of rejection.

The truth is that there are plenty of signs that someone likes you. Sometimes nonverbal language says much more than verbal language, you just have to know how to interpret it correctly, to achieve this you have to be a very good observer, since it is easy to confuse some signals.

Non-Verbal Cues That Someone Likes You

There are a series of non-verbal signals that determine when a person is interested in another, these signals are usually manifested unconsciously, so they cannot be avoided. See if that person you like shows any of them, because it is very likely that, if he does, he has an interest in you.

If you are a man:

  • His body will be stretched out and he will put his hands on his belt or in his pants pockets, as if it were a Wild West cowboy, pointing to the genital area.
  • His body will turn towards you.
  • His gaze will be penetrating.
  • Your pupils will be slightly dilated. Regardless of the light, the pupils tend to dilate by 30% when we see something we like.
  • It will tense the muscles unconsciously.
  • His feet will point towards you.
  • The clothes, for example, the tie or the jacket, will be well placed.
  • He will speak in a soft tone of voice.

If you are a woman:

  • He will play with your hair.
  • He will show you the palm of his hands, revealing the wrists.
  • He will blush.
  • He will keep his gaze on you for a few seconds and will lower it slightly deviating it to meet yours again.
  • The pupils will be dilated.
  • He will moisten his lips and leave his mouth slightly open.
  • He will cross and uncross his legs from time to time.
  • His chin will point towards you.
  • It will imitate your gestures unconsciously. For example, if you scratch your forehead, soon she will do the same.

He smiles habitually when he is with you

We smile more at the person we like because their presence makes us happy and it is our way of expressing it, by smiling. On the other hand, laughter also plays a fundamental role, since we tend to laugh more at the jokes of someone we like, because we want to please them and unconsciously we try to make that person we are attracted to feel satisfied when they tell a joke, receiving the laughter that awaits.

When you analyze if a person likes you, you can try to compare how he acts when there are more people around you, does he smile and laugh more with you?

If you notice that he smiles very regularly when he is with you and that he also laughs at all your jokes, even the ones that you know are not very funny, it is probably not because you are nicer than other people, nor because your sense of humor is very well, chances are that person is interested in you .

For example, if you love to go running and you know that this person does not share the same hobby but suddenly one day he offers to accompany you, assume that it is just an excuse to spend more time with you because he likes you. .

It is essential to know what we feel for that person, when we want to know if they like us, it is an indication that we may be in love with them .

compliments you

If he notices when you get a haircut or when you buy new clothes and takes the opportunity to tell you how good the change looks on you, it is possible that it is not just a mere observation on his part, but that he pays more attention to you because he is attracted to you .

Treats you differently when you're in a group

Try to analyze how that person behaves when you are in a group. See if he treats you the same as the rest or, on the contrary, does it differently.

See if he always has a moment to worry about approaching you, making eye or physical contact, trying to participate in the conversations you start, laughing or joking with you… is he nicer to you than to everyone else?

When you are alone you are the center of attention

When you are alone there is no time to spend looking at your mobile. He wants to make the most of the time he spends with you, he is attentive to every word you say, he tries to maintain a fluid conversation and he cares at all times that you do not get bored and that you are comfortable.

feel jealous

People feel jealous when we like someone before certain people or behaviors that can pose a threat of losing chances of having something more than a friendship with that someone for whom we feel attraction or love.

Although he probably won't openly express jealousy in some situations for fear of showing his feelings for you, you may notice him feeling jealous when you're around other people or talking about other people who might be a threat to him or her.

If the problem is that you are the one who feels jealous, you will have to get rid of it so as not to fall into basic errors.

In social networks, he is always aware of you

That person always leaves a comment on your photos or posts, is always there to play games offered by the social network with you, tries to write you messages via chat on a regular basis, even if he or she has nothing serious to tell you, he or she simply writes to you the fact of asking you how are you. If these situations occur, it is very likely that he likes you.

And in any case, if you like someone , do n't hesitate to display all your options to conquer them
