How to get out of depression faster.

Getting out of depression requires your concious intentionality, to overcome and this steps can be a journey of a period of time, depending on you, and I will advice you take your time to go through every steps with sincerity and faith, a positive attitude.

1. Understand that you are human, and you also have emotions.

2. Understand you are not the only person in the world going through what you are going through, because it will look as if you are the only one it happening to, then you will be deceived to isolate your self from the world and be lonely.

3. Know and understand that you can overcome. There is nothing that cannot be overcomed if you have the faith to push till you breakthrough.

4. See depression as an enemy that has come to steal your life away and must be defeated. Have a warring mentality to fight whatever it throws at you with conciousness and intentionality.

5. Remember love and truth in the midst of depression. Depression will make you see from a wrong perspective of things, it will make you believe a lie to be true, it will suggest false realities and present it to you as truth.

EXAMPLE : If it is a relationship, it will make you see the other person in a bad light, and it will give you bad judgment of what they are doing or had done in time pass even though it was kindness.

It will make you very sensitive to issues you normally would handle with ease, but now may feel overwhelming or triggering.

6. Remember your judgment under depression can be biased. Learn to listen to other perspectives of people before concluding.

Seek help from friends, families, authorities and professional help is inevitable, when it comes to depression.

7. Positive Thinking: Depression will take you to a world of negative thoughts and that will produce decisions that may hinder a person from progressing and can also destroy one's life.

8. Remember that you are loved: remember with conciousness and intentionality the good things and kindness people around has done to you. Why must you be intentional? Because your mind will fight to bring pictures of hurts, that other people had done to you. So fight it.

9. Know that God your creator loves you, that he did not put you in this earth to suffer but for a purpose. Know that he will do anything for you, know that the love he has for you can not be measured, know that he cries when he sees you cry in that situation. Know that he his always there for you and with you.

It is your conciousness of him that make him real to you, even though he his with you.

10. Know your self according to what is written in the creator's manual(The Bible), know your self, according to his description of you. See his thoughts and plans for you.

11. Speak to yourself. According to your understanding of who you are begin to say it out loud, Example

I am alive, I am wonderfully and fearfully made, I am blessed, there is a way out, I am free, I have wisdom, I have direction, I am not afraid, I will not die, I will succeed, I am loved by God, i have potentials.

Speak the change you want to see as though you are already there.

And as you speak and see your self there you will be there.

12. Set Achievable goals, make yourself active by pursuing a goal.

13. Don't miss any opportunity to serve others, show love to others with an open heart. Experience new things that are good, judging with your conscience.

14. Consciously and intentionally have an open heart towards people.

15. Go through process 7 to 14 again and again, till you have come to the place of boldness and alive.
