Something About Black Forest
Chocolate, the sweetness and luxury to the tongue and the blessing of life for every mouth on planet earth, so mouth devouring for the children especially yet unfortunate to those who dislike or allergic to it. Still chocolate is what it is no matter the different or adjoined flavours of brands and other foods of desserts and snacks.

Strangest Foods
When it comes to strange foods it all depends on how people look at them, where they live, and what they can afford. We all know food is expensive but to live we have to eat. There are places in the world that do not have supermarkets or are far from where they live. Many people are living in poverty and struggling to feed their families and particularly their children. Among the strangest food that is eaten is blood pudding or blood sausage as it is known in Latvia. I was born in the US but my parents came from Latvia. I grew up in two cultures and learned to eat a lot of food I would otherwise not have even known about.

"Death By Chocolate"
“DEATH BY CHOCOLATE” glut·ton·y /ˈɡlətnē/ noun: gluttony 1. habitual greed or excess in eating. I blame my parents. In fact I could probably blame all parents, mothers in particular. Sorry mom's, but you are generally the de-facto eating coaches of young kids. You all know the exhortations, “finish your food there are starving children in China”, “if you don't finish your dinner you won't get any dessert”, and “don't you want to be in The Clean Plate Club”? I did! In fact I would go so far as to claim myself the president of The Clean Plate Club. I was also the apple of my grandmothers eye. What a good boy you are, you cleaned your plate again she would say. Jenny, she would say to my mother, I have never seen such a good eater. How many young boys would polish off a plate of baked salmon and Brussels sprouts? Fact of the matter is I hated Brussels sprouts, I hated Salmon, I hated Liver. In fact I pretty much hated everything, but dessert. The only reason I cleaned my plate was that it got me closer to said dessert. Now my mother happened to be an excellent baker and it showed. She was not a svelte woman, and unlike Jack Sprat, my dad could in fact eat fat, but he too preferred sugar, and my grandmother? Fuggedaboutit! She was old world European; come on bubbie just one more bite and you'll get dessert. With my grandmother a world of cakes and cookies would appear the likes of which you usually find only in the Disney movie.

The Free Restaurant
I have a roommate who hates eating. He views food as a distraction and a hassle. Once a month, he buys a couple of pounds of hamburger, some jars of tomato sauce, and some macaroni. He cooks it up, and when hungry, he nukes a scoop or two. At the end of the month, he tosses what's gone bad. Even though he's shown a total disregard for "cuisine," he acknowledges that he needs to eat.

Hokkaido Bread: a Simple, Sweet Treat from Japan
Bread. One of the world's simplest foods and one that many of us have a love/hate relationship with. Homemade bread is a pleasure to make and eat, and if you fancy yourself a baker, you've probably made different kinds. My family loves making (and, of course, eating!) bread, so Italian bread, baguettes, sourdough, pizza dough, and whole-grain loaves are routine for us. We whip up pita and English muffins, naan, and focaccia and wouldn't even consider getting them at a grocery store anymore. They're all delicious, and you could plan a month's worth of meals from around the world using these kinds of bread.

Five Reasons Why We Love Chocolate
My first ‘come quickly, I am tasting the stars’ moment was when I sampled a Lindt bar. Smooth. Luscious. Rich. Without further ado, I decided to sign a lifetime deal with Chocolates—and here I am, with not a scintilla of regret.
