When Brunch is Meant to be a Drag
Tell anyone about your recent trip to Miami Beach and you will inevitably be asked if you experienced the Palace brunch. Experienced is the right word because Palace is much more than a delicious eatery; it is a place to let loose, meet new people, enjoy amazing performances and make memories that will last a lifetime.

The common sense of healthy diet that many people know is: only a healthy diet can make you healthy. The relationship between diet and health is complementary. What I Always Have In My Fridge
Everyone is different; Thats what makes humans so amazing. We vary in our views, our abilities, even our experiences. And, when we cook, the food on our plate can be seen as the accumulation of these differences brought forth in an outward expression of oneself. The Icelandic "Delicacy": Hákarl
I’m game to try about any food at least once and have been pleasantly surprised by some dishes that many consider disgusting. Amazon’s Camp Mac and Cheese
My Southern heart jumped for joy when I found out that my favorite vegan mac & cheese by Camp is now being sold at Amazon! I'm so impressed with the flavors and the ingredient list. Keep reading because I have a discount code for you! Cooking at home and using coupons when they're available is all part of financially buckling down, something I've been working on lately. If you’ve been following along for any amount of time then you know I’ve gone down the path of being vegan for quite some time. Of course, like many others, our eating habits vary from vegan, to fish only and to non-dairy dishes. As my trainer has always said, everything in moderation!

Cheeseburger Salad
It's always a trial to get people to try something new, especially if they aren't expecting it to taste good. I've lost count of how many times I've experimented with a new recipe, and cackled through my partner ranting about how it shouldn't have turned out to taste this good.
