I have been vegetarian for nearly a year, and I think there are a lot of people out there who are thinking about being vegetarian or vegan because they’ve seen people reap the benefits of a plant-based and meatless diet. I think if everybody went vegetarian it would change the world and also the food chains structure a lot. When I think about it, I think there would be a lot of positive change in the long-term.
