Living on a budget, in general, is hard, but when it comes to good meals it's rough. Some recipes seem to have so many ingredients, especially expensive ones. So, without further ado here are a few easy and cheap recipes to spice up your kitchen.

Trailer Park Food

A.K.A Beef Stroganoff. The list for this is really short. All you will need is ground beef, cream of mushroom, macaroni noodles, and some spices. This is something my parents used to do when we were really poor. It used to serve four and we would have leftovers. First off start by browning a pound of ground beef. While browning meat, boil water and put in one box of macaroni noodles. You can spice along the way. We used salt, pepper, garlic salt, and just a pinch of Mrs.Dash's original blend. After the meat and noodles are done combine them in the pot. Then put four little cans of cream and mushroom soup in the pot. Stir together and serve. You can make more or less. Making it now I only serve one. So I do a half pound of meat, half a box of noodles, and one and a half cans of cream and mushrooom. I love the taste. Also if you are eating leftovers put a spoonful of butter to re-soften the noodles. If you buy it from Walmart it will be about 10 dollars depending on the brand click here to get your estimate.

Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Another fan favorite from my house is buffalo chicken wraps. Chicken breasts, Franks Red Hot Sauce, vinegar, Worchester sauce, butter, tortilla's lettuce, and tomato. These are simple to make and you can change them to your tastes. We would buy pre-cooked chicken put it into a pan and warm it up. When it was warmed we would add Franks Red Hot, vinegar, Worchester sauce, and butter into the pan on low heat. Let it simmer on low heat occasionally stirring for about 5 minutes. After mixing chicken and your wing sauce warm your tortillas up. Like lettuce and tomatoes add some for an additional pop. Wrap your buffalo chicken and other ingredients together and enjoy. For everything listed, it's about 20 dollars. That can be shaved off depending on what you have. Serve cold or hot, but still delicious.

Pork Stir Fry

Stir fry's are delicious, but the cheaper the better. Pork chops, bell peppers, rice, and teriyaki sauce. Now Stir fry's are pretty easy. Also, you don't have to use bell peppers you can use carrots or other vegetables. Anyways, cook your pork chops however you see fit in the oven, on the grill, or even boil them. Boil your rice and let sit. After that cut them into bite-size pieces and combine them with rice. Chop up some bell peppers and combine them into the pan with some teriyaki sauce. Serve warm. You got some good stir fry. The ingredients in this recipe are about 15 dollars.

Egg Cups

Breakfast time! For this, you'll need eggs, bread, and bacon. Simple enough Right. Take your eggs and cook them how you will eat them. Grill up some bacon and pop your bread into the toaster. Grab a cooking sheet and place your toast on it in a crumpled shape in order to hold the egg. Then on your toast lay a piece or two of bacon and sit in your egg. From here you can eat and enjoy or you can put them in an oven for 2 minutes at low heat for added crispiness. From there enjoy. This recipe will only cost about 10 dollars.

These foods are delicious and cheap which in turn makes them better. Whether you are living on a budget or are just looking to save a bit more hopefully these foods add a bit of spice to your table.
