How to cook salmon

Ingredients Two pieces of salmon fillet.

Coriander seeds.

Grape seed oil.

Sugar.

Salt.

Black pepper -to taste-.

How to prepare Season the fish dry with sugar and salt and leave it for ten minutes until it hardens, and acquires a strong flavor.

Wash the fish in cold water, then dry it using kitchen paper.

Put the oil in a skillet over low heat, and sauté the fish in it from the skin side first.

Gradually raise the temperature of the fire for two minutes, until the fish acquires a golden color.

Turn the fish on the other side, leaving it for a few seconds, until cooked through.

Turn off the fire, and leave the fish for some time to rest.

Season the fish with spices, stir the ingredients together, then place the salmon in a serving dish.

Ingredients one hundred and fifty grams of salmon fillet.

A quarter cup of olive oil.

half a teaspoon of salt.

half a teaspoon of ground black pepper.

A tablespoon of finely chopped rosemary (rosemary).

Two lemons, sliced.

A quarter cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Transfer the aluminum-coated fish pieces to the oven tray over medium heat for ten minutes to cook.

Take the fillet pieces out of the oven, make an incision in the surface of the aluminum foil, fold it aside, and then serve in dishes next to the boiled

vegetables.

Salmon flavored with butter and garlic

.preparation time is ten minutes.

.cooking time is twenty five.

Ingredients:

.five hundred grams of potato wedge wedges.

.Two tablespoons of olive oil.

.One and a half teaspoons of salt. half a teaspoon of ground black pepper.

.Four fillets of skinless salmon (weighing one hundred and seventy grams).

.A tablespoon of crushed garlic.

.Two tablespoons of finely chopped parsley.

.A quarter cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

.Half a cup of melted unsalted butter.

.half a kilogram of asparagus; Slices of lemon for garnish.

.Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees.

.Put the potatoes with oil and half a tablespoon of garlic on a large baking tray, sprinkle with salt and pepper, stir and then settle in the tray and enter the oven to grill for twenty-five minutes.

.Take the tray out of the oven and remove the potatoes to one side of the tray and arrange the pieces of salmon elephants in it, then rub it with half a tablespoon of garlic mash with parsley, then add asparagus to the other side of the tray.

.Mix lemon juice and butter together, pour over salmon and asparagus slices and sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper.

.Return the tray to the oven to continue the cooking process for another ten minutes.

.Remove the tray from the oven and serve the salmon next to the potatoes and asparagus in a serving dish after decorating with lemon slices.

Salmon Fillet With Cheese

Ingredient processing time:

20 minutes enough for.

the ingredients:

Two pieces of salmon fillet with skin.

Two cups of watercress leaves.

A large stick of green onions, sliced with leaves.

Two tablespoons of chopped green cilantro.

A tablespoon of breadcrumbs.

A teaspoon of ground dry cilantro.

A teaspoon of Parmesan cheese. half a teaspoon of salt.

Directions Prepare the sauce:

Mix two tablespoons of olive oil with lemon, black pepper and salt.

Wash the watercress, then dry it from the water well.

Mix arugula and green onions together.

Spread the sauce over the arugula and onion and mix the ingredients together well.
