The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership (McKinsey & Company)

The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership is a book written by John C. Maxwell, who was the chairman and CEO of The Maxwell Institute from 1994-1996. This book is one of my personal favorites because it covers so many important aspects of leadership that I’ve learned throughout my career.

This book has been around since 2005 and has been recommended by many successful leaders as well as organizations such as Harvard Business School, Forbes Magazine, and Inc Magazine!

The 21 Irrefutable Laws Of Leadership will teach you how to be an effective leader by using simple principles that anyone can use today whether they are just starting out or have been working for years on their career path."

The Prince (Niccolò Machiavelli)

The Prince is a political treatise written by Niccolò Machiavelli in 1513. It was one of the most famous works in political science and it has been translated into many languages, including English and Arabic. In The Prince, Machiavelli describes how leaders can achieve success through politeness and deceitfulness when necessary.

Quiet Leadership (John C Maxwell)

Listen to the other person.

Be open to new ideas and approaches.

Empathize with others, even if you disagree with them or don’t agree with their point of view at that moment in time.

Be a good listener and communicator; listen attentively to what your employees have to say, whether it’s about the weather or their personal lives—they are likely sharing something important! Make sure you take notes if possible, especially when people are speaking quickly because they may be nervous about sharing their thoughts on the topic being discussed (this can happen). Also, remember that everyone has different strengths so focus less on one person's weaknesses when trying out new things as a group!
