Bio
I write about my life experiences. I write about complex ptsd, the agonies, the angst and my post traumatic growth. About Beauty, Truth and Honour and little vignettes of comfort from the spirits that love me: living and dead. I also Dance!

Memories: 17 February 2023
17 February 2023 It’s another scathing hot day. The heatwave continues unabated. I was lying in the hammock under the golden rain tree with Charley and Beauregard. Charley randomly flew (unusually well this time!) across the front yard and over to the trees outside my neighbour Timsa’s house on the front verge.

Memories: 16 February 2023
