Corrupt Workplace
When I first joined Vocal, one of the top stories was a story about how workplace discrimination does not take place. As I was at the time employed at a place that broke that rule yet denies any wrongdoing I could not speak about it. I like many people in Alberta struggled to find work with the onset of the pandemic. Worse yet is I suffer Schizophrenia, Complex PTSD, and Sensory Processing Disorder. Most places of employment dislike hiring people with disabilities due to occurrences that happen. Walmart Canada ultimately did employ me in May 2020. Two months ago I had to leave because the toxic work culture and discrimination was too overwhelming.

Victima Draco
Disclaimer-following story contains dark subject matter It was the chaotic life that got young Tim into the situation. He was a savant and at age three was constantly hiding in the woods during one of his parents heated fights. He hated having to hear them fight. He was too young to know what divorce was only that was something his parents needed. Why they fought he had no clue. One bitter cold day he ran into the woods and wept. He did not realize how cold and hungry he was. He came back to his house only to find the door locked. Consumed by his anxiety he did not go inside but wandered back to the woods. He tried to make a makeshift blanket using leaves. It was roughly forty five minutes in the cold when the dragon approached.

Introduction to Sensory Processing Disorder
Imagine hearing an annoying sound that keeps repeating in your head. Then think of an intrusive obsessive negative thought you wish you could forget. Couple that with itchy clothing sticking to your sweat. It becomes so overwhelming that you can’t help but to scream. Imagine that every waking moment of your life. Sadly, there are people in this world who have to deal with this. The ailment this is associated with is called Sensory Processing Disorder. I will refer to it as SPD.
