Stop Waiting for Your Soul Mate!
The One As a young girl, I recall dressing up like a bride with a cluster of giggling friends. We all took turns wearing a sheer lace curtain panel as a veil, secured by a headband, parading down the "aisle" (hallway) as the "bridesmaids" tromped along behind, pretending to hold up the invisible train.

Change Your Perspective
My cat, Minnow, is a unique individual. I've had cats my entire life, and Minnow doesn't behave like any of them. There are several things that set him apart from other felines I've known. I sometimes think he's lived all his past lives as a dog and is having trouble adjusting to his "cat suit".

Is It Hot in Here??
Three things I used to believe about hot flashes that turned out to be untrue: They can't be that bad! ("So, you get a little warm. Just dress lighter, or turn on a fan. It can't be that disruptive!") It only happens when you're "old" There's nothing you can do about hot flashes besides HRT (hormone replacement therapy)
