The Seal show
The longed for, realised ... When I asked my son Ross what he wanted for his 16th birthday: R: Just to spend a day at Sea World with you. You used to take me there whenever you could when I lived with Nan. I loved to see the polar bears and the Seal show!

Goodbye Kerry
I have been catching up with a ‘colleague’ for about two years now. We meet every Tuesday or Wednesday. At first, it was for a walk around the park with a coconut and lychee smoothie, then it became over a coffee. Now we grab a lunch during our weekly get-togethers. There are texts here and there, but we see each other weekly – always ‘face to face.’

Everyday meditation
Before? I practiced Mediation many times a day. Mindfulness overtly embedded in everyday tasks. Sometimes identifying via senses, a soft space. For me the deliberate count down of sight and sound comparisons of labelled count downs from 5 to 1.
