Bourgnew's Diplomatic Address
We must be ever diligent, ever aware of the direct purpose and innate actions of others who may rise. We cannot be distracted by the unnecessary wants of power. Power carries great responsibilities, it carries weight, it carries legacies, and it carries purpose. We must never let power be given to those who are reckless, ruthless, or vindicative. We must not allow ourselves to be illusioned with power. We cannot let ourselves be distracted by wills and rights that do not belong to us. We must never let our hopes be written on the wrong side of history. We must never let our hopes be for dominance and control. We must never seek power. Power is in the many and not the few. Power is in the hopes, power is in the necessity and not the want. Power is a great responsibility and its jurisdiction and authority must be taken with caution and due diligence. We cannot sleep when power is being abused. We cannot back down or bite our tongues against those who seek tyranny. We must stand up to those who are blatant liars and thieves. It is our responsibility to restore the rights of leadership, the rights of the people, and the governance that will lead us into the next millennium.

Bourgnew's Royal Proclamation
The Bourgnewian Constitution is a Declaration and a Proclamation that we are all equal. It is not to construe the Separation of Powers and affect the efficacy of the government. We are united and we are one. We have specific duties and obligations to the people, Bourgnewians that we must fulfill. And if not fulfilled the balance of Powers can effectively remove the strain on governance. We do not seek rebellions as the way to liberty nor uprisings as the way of livelihood. We do not desire to displease the good pleasure of Bourgnewians. We support their right to fair governance. We support their right to equal protection. We support their right to justified punishment. The Monarch, Bourgnew's Monarch, and Bourgnewian Monarch officiate the government. The Monarch rules by inheritance and for Bourgnewians to remember who freed them and gave birth to their independence. Setting aside all absolute authority and with humility being the captain, and chief commander of the Bourgnewian Forces under the major influence of the Bourgnewian Parliament. The Bourgnewian Monarch humble the authority and seek patriotism. The Monarch seeks the love of country, duly sworn loyalty to truth, grace, freedom, liberty, and humanity.

Bourgnew's Legendary Beginnings
At the beginning of the Kingdom of Bourgnew, the king was stressed about preserving the precious union of the nation. He admired the Greeks who after years of toil forged a new government where even the poorest could have a say, a democracy. King Gaius thought this to be the noblest task to make his nation. Since they were in the midst of a war, many times due to distress over governmental structures failing the people and rebels wanting to overtake the kingdom. He earnestly asked his advisors to come up with a democratic government. And they overseer and architect the government both day and night looking at past governments. And after many days and nights, nearly several months of the kingdom being on the edge. The overseers of the Bourgnewian Constitution found a government but it takes away the divine right of the Bourgnewian Monarch, king or queen, and may risk them losing all authority and abdicating if perjury or abuse of power because his advisors suggested the Democratic Republic.

Bourgnew's Political Declaration
Our nation will be a nation that will be one of creed and many faiths. A nation that will embrace humanity and not divide for meaningless disputes. We believe in freedoms, we believe in hope, and we believe in loyalty. We were founded on principles that are rooted in the goodwill of humanity. We were founded on unity and humanity. Our nation will forever live in its values guided by its innate principles. We will refuse discord and dissension. We will refuse division and divisiveness. Equality and equity are evident in the truest democracy. No one is above the law in the purest republic. We hope for a nation that is conscious of its duty to humanity, a nation that is conscious of its gifts, and a nation that defends its rights. We seek not to invade others' will or create an empire. We seek not to violate rights and freedoms but to avail ourselves in the grace of unity, humanity, freedom, and liberty, and to do so perpetually. We seek the participation of every able citizen to choose the path of their nation, to choose the destiny of their nation, and to choose to follow without constraint.
