What I've Learned From Owning a Shiba Inu
So on June 8, 2016, my husband (boyfriend at the time) and I were at a pet store so we could just play with a few puppies. We weren't thinking about bringing one home. That is until they brought Lucy out to us. The next day I came home from work and there is this Shiba Inu puppy running up to me and I don't know where it came from. At this point I knew ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the breed except they were the dogs mostly used in memes because of their face. So the more I researched the breed and the longer that I've had her, I have learned a few things about them. So for those who are thinking about getting a Shiba, give these things a read to see if a Shiba Inu is right for you.

My New Year's Resolutions for 2018
Alright, so it's that time of year where people make their resolutions for the New Year. We all say we're going to do this, we're going to do that, but then we never do half of the things we said we were going to do. I'm one of those people, but I still like to make that list so at least I know I'm working toward something at some point.

What I've Learned as a Newlywed
On August 16, 2017, I married my best friend and love of my life. This day was almost five years in the making. It was nothing special; just my grandparents, a couple of our friends, and just us two. Would I have loved a big wedding? Oh yeah but you know what? It doesn't matter. I still got to marry my best friend in the whole world and I cannot wait to see what life has in store for us.

5 Christmas Movies to Watch on Christmas!
Every family is different, especially once it comes to Christmas. Each family has its own traditions that they do on Christmas. For example, in my family, we open presents VERY early in the morning (I'm talking 7:30-8 here people) then we watch various Christmas movies all day, eat dinner while Christmas music is playing, and then we watch more movies while we sip on hot chocolate with marshmallows in it. My favorite part is the Christmas movies because we can spend quality time as a family enjoying Christmas. So here are a few of my Christmas movies and I hope they're yours, too.

Most of us are out working our 9-5 and not giving any thought on what we are doing to our bodies when we are working ourselves a lot, especially when we're always on the go and never really sitting down. Sometimes we don't even know it but our bodies are literally screaming for us to stop being on the go and just sit down for half a second and just not move. So always being on the go once it comes to my job I have found ways to not only relax and give my body a rest, but also give my mind a bit of a rest. I am going to share these tips with you so that hopefully both your body and mind can take it easy for a while.

How to Be High Maintenance on a Budget
Every woman (most women anyway) spend their money on a certain thing: makeup and nails. While I was in college I had an obsession with makeup and my nails that even when I couldn't afford to, I still bought makeup and went and got my nails done.

Top 7 TV Dads
I hope you enjoyed my piece on TV Moms because now it's TV Dads' turn to take the spotlight! Along with the iconic TV mothers we all know and love, more than likely they have a male counterpart (unless they're single mothers). As much as mothers shape our lives, fathers are just as important. Fathers are there to love, protect and teach the children the way in terms of what they want for them. For us daughters, our fathers are our first love because they are literally the first man to ever love us. And for sons fathers are their role models, their first teacher in everything.

Top 7 TV Mothers
When we watch TV, one of the things we always pay attention is the mothers on TV. Sometimes these mothers are to some of us the ideal mother. We either want these mothers or we want to be these mothers. We kind of adopt these mothers as our own and envision what our life would be like if they were our mother. I've watched a fair amount of TV myself and there's been a few mothers that I would love to be when I become a mother.

The Harry Potter Movies Ranked From Best to Worst
Okay, so one of the best movie series out there is the Harry Potter series, which is very popular for us 90's kids who grew up with the books and the movies. I mean let's face it, Harry Potter is just plain awesome. But there's always been a debate as to which was the best book or movie and which one sucked the most. Now, most are different because everyone has different tastes but nonetheless all of the Harry Potter movies are awesome so I'm going to rank them in what I think is best to worst and we'll go from there.
