The Enemy in my Head
An enemy that lives in my head. Saying I’m not good enough, asking me what’s wrong, why can’t you do anything right. A lot of times, it can become evil. Waking up is hard enough with the inner critic at times, but once I close my eyes, the inner critic becomes alive; it shows me all my fears and my memories visually, and sometimes I wonder if she is angry at me. I used to think everything I did was wrong, like I shouldn’t do or say this or that. She made me scared to speak, thinking the world was against me. Sometimes I feel like she was right, but looking back now, I didn’t cause the problem; I was minding my own business. People came to me and were just mean, and that made my inner voice louder.

How to Access the Akashic Records (Even If You’re a Skeptic)
You don’t have to believe in the Akashic Records to explore them. In fact, a little skepticism can be healthy. The Akashic Records are often described as a vast spiritual library containing information about every soul—our experiences, choices, emotions, relationships, lessons, and possibilities. For someone already comfortable with spiritual ideas, that description may sound fascinating. For someone who wants evidence before believing something, it may sound impossible.

Why the question ‘What am I?’ is Important and Magical
The question ‘Who am I?’ is about what kind of person I am among all people. The question ‘What am I?’ goes deeper. It is about what it means to be a human, what the full potential of a human is. It’s not just questioning myself, but the whole of humankind. The following story illustrates what I mean.

Why and How We Lose Our Innate Intelligence – and Can Regain It
Intelligence has nothing to do with which schools you attended, how long you went to school, or whether you have earned academic degrees. Our education system does not encourage or support intelligence. In fact, it doesn’t even value intelligence. It only values and encourages qualities such as obedience, conformity, memory, diligence, and perseverance. But these have nothing to do with intelligence. Quite the opposite.

Memory Art and the News.
The Italian press is in a state of agitation these days over a measure by which the Italian government, led by Giorgia Meloni's neo-fascist party, trumpets the cutting of the levy imposed on cars of less than 80 Kwh. The debate seems purpose-built to polarise along the customary scheme of adherence or repulsion, encouraging the confrontation of factions according to a dynamic of the squadrist sort: whoever is not with me must unequivocally be against me. The usual kitten politics, nothing new under the sun.
