Sudden periods of intense fear. But remember, you're not alone.
Sometimes I Daydream That I Could Stop Daydreaming
My entire life I have been what most people refer to as a "dreamer." Of course, I have been referred to as several other things that were much less tame or polite too. The most painful among them being "lazy." Sadly, when I say "my entire life" I truly mean my entire life... all 46 years I've been on this planet. Trauma hurts…
Trauma — is an emotional or psychological response to very stressful, frightening, or distressing events. Trauma comes in different forms. Physical trauma refers to a person suffering a sudden injury caused by an accident like a car crash. Physical trauma heals over time. Bones can be re-set in theater and will heal again. Bruises and cuts can be nasty, but most heal in time with medical attention.
