Sleep resolution

When I dream, I am awake

As we are awake, we dream. As we sleep, our dreams become awake. This is the only way our minds we can sort through our thoughts and help us to realize our truest desires, as we sleep. When we are awake life can be like a dream. We should feel as though we can get through our day Knowing that when we lay our heads to rest, we can be sure that our brains will process stimuli and challenges presented when we were awake. We get closer to our dreams as we conquer life awake and our dreams can merge with reality making our dreams come true. So my resolution is simple, it is to dream. But when I dream, I plan on dreaming with intention, getting the most for my buck. The bigger the struggle awake, the deeper we should or could dream. Don’t give up on life when we are awake. I'm asleep how can I get things done? This idea may seem like an oxymoron but it works. Well see, when we sleep our minds are free, free of physical restraints, free of doubts and insecurities. This can lead you to having an open mind for discovery. Stay woke in your dreams. Dream while you are awake. We may never know what our dreams may bring if we don’t sleep. Dreams tell us things about waking life. Sleep cannot only be for resting eyes but also for a wandering mind lost in a world awake, full of madness and chaos but you see it may seem that way in a dream. Well, what does it all mean? Hopefully you see when you dream that our truest desires and realist challenges can be explained. The world can bring things to us that can seem so dull and hopeless. So, to close our eyes to it all temporarily in order to see past and work through the pain and confusion, is such a great gift that will turn those feelings of despair into a chance to create a life in the waking that you can enjoy. If we can somehow connect the two, our dreams and real life, then the options, goals and dreams, love and happiness all that a person could need could be available to ones life , sort of like a grand opening for a brand new life.

Think about the best dream you have ever had. What was so special about it and how did it make you feel? To simply dismiss such a notion and feeling even if in a dream, seems sort of irresponsible or maybe even naïve thing to do. What is the reality of such a dream? There must be meaning lain deep within, if not the conscious mind or subconscious or unconscious mind, then what is it to you to say that the meaning may be to free the soul. Realizing the power of a dream may even mean life or death. A dream could be the only thing avoiding a serious tragedy or misfortune, if only we had paid attention. We must not only dream but make conscience effort while awake to sleep on it. Our brains have a mind and our mind is our reality. To sleep is the only way a mind and brain can work in tandem so that our bodies can awake and fulfill our souls mission. How long should we dream? It may seem quite contrary to what we were taught to believe. To sleep the day away a waste? Maybe, maybe not. Well sometimes it may take a day. Heck, sometimes it may take a year. But when you awake the dreams you made in your mind and brain can be manifested if only we are aware; This awareness of the power of our dreams will lead to holistic growth. Just to know is enough. So go ahead sleep a day away, let it all go to pass if you must. Not every day will feel so great ,so sleep on it and dream on it and when you awake you will see a brighter day. Is it just me or is just writing about a good sleep bringing on a good yawn. Well I’ll sleep good tonight knowing I wrote this passage for dreams.

When we are awake, we are our conscious thoughts and how we feel and the things around us should affect these thoughts, we call it daydreaming. It could make sense for this action or notion to be a clue to what possibilities we could discover in our dreams when we sleep. Maybe as we sleep, we take those moments of pure blissful daydreams throughout the day and our minds try to workout a way to bring them true in waking life. Complete control over yourself and the world around you as it relates to you. Possible, yet seems so complicated. However in order for a human to ascend into ones best possible self it must be achieved. Nothing has to be out of our control even our dreams period two say this isn’t to say we must somehow magically manipulate our dreams, but it is to say that to be aware of the strength and power that dreams and sleep have over our life will give us meaning and direction in in this walk of life. When children come to us expressing a blissful dream or a night terror, the way a child describes it is often accompanied by much emotion and physical change, as if the dream had somehow spilled over into real life. Even further, as a parent or a concerned adult you want to help that child make sense of such a dream and how it relates to real life. “Oh dear. It was just all that candy you ate or well maybe one day you really can go to Disney world baby ”, you may reply. We can take control just like that. Interesting how a thought can influence our mind body and soul and entire world. A thought can lead to a completely different place and the beauty of it all is that you can change each thought, thus changing our reality. Think of each dream as one long complete thought, that can lead us to an answer to some question that our minds may have, whether you realize the question or not. That question is there until our minds and bodies begin figuring it out and eventually answering the question.

Wouldn’t we all like to know what our future holds? What a gift to be given the knowledge of forewarning and of things to come. Each time we sleep, it ain’t the same kind of dream and sometimes we may have the same dream many many times and many different ways. Usually, if anything happens more than twice, it's for a reason., maybe a lesson? What a gift we have, our minds. It has beautiful ways of keeping us safe even when we don’t even know it. A mind is a terrible, terrible thing to waste and so of course are our dreams, so for my New Year’s resolution, I will strive to pay attention to my dreams. They are so important that we have them when we sleep and when we are awake.
