First Time Story
I used to smoke a lot. I remember the first time I smoked. It was a bad experience. I went with a group of friends to this weird abandoned park. I had never been there, but I followed them there in my car because I had to go home after. I know—stupid idea to smoke for the first time then go home.
Miranda MartinPublished 6 years ago in PotentBest Weed Smoking Games to Play with Your Smoke Buddies
Weed culture is one that is designed to be a bit relaxed and happy-go-lucky. Marijuana's most common side effect is relaxation with a side of giddiness, so it only makes sense that stoner culture tends to reflect that in every aspect out there.

Baked Sale So. I have this thought. Kentucky is like many places. It has cities, its citizens have access to corporations, universities, indoor plumbing, shoes, and what-not. And like many places, in the bible belt, the cities generally vote heavily liberal while the non-urban bits of the state tend to go conservative.

My first high was nothing like I expected. I always imagined I would get high in a music festival, dance to the music, and get lost in the zone, overall a bad ass night. It was the total opposite. You have no idea how bad it was.

Who doesn't love a hilarious, semi-relatable first-timer story? That's what I thought. Stick around and enjoy the ride. As the youngest of all my mothers children, with a three-year age gap between myself and my nearest sibling (sister, boring), it was only natural that I would try to act bigger and cooler than I ever was. Right? The answer is yes. So from the very beginning of my rather wicked childhood, I would do exactly that.

Getting high is great. It's almost magical. The first time I got high I remember taking notes of how everything that usually makes my mind race suddenly went silent. This is a great feeling for a high school kid who feels awkward in everyday life and deals with anxiety on occasion.

Gifs are weird. I've come across tons and tons and tons of gifs in my life, from moments in a show or movie to completely odd and sometimes eerie gifs. Gifs can basically be anything from cats chasing laser pointers to that one scene in The Office where Dwight gets into disguise as his coworkers.

Im writing this from my roof. No worries, I'm safe, I'm on my ledge and I have my bowl, so ill be extra careful as I type this out.
Micaela HorningPublished 6 years ago in PotentWhat Kind of Stoner Are You?
A big Hollywood misconception about potheads is that they all look and act like Shaggy from Scooby-Doo. If you paid attention to the mainstream media, you might think that everyone who smokes cannabis has problems actually functioning. But, if you look at the statistics, stoner culture is as diverse as it gets.
Mackenzie Z. KennedyPublished 6 years ago in PotentPeople-Watching at a Dispensary
Since I was a kid, I have always enjoyed watching people around me. Whether it's at the local Wal-Mart, the park, or even at school. For some reason, I have been entertained by seeing other people live their lives. Sometimes it makes me laugh, sometimes it makes me sad, and other times all I can do is think, "What the hell is this guy doing?"
Luke S. ThompsonPublished 6 years ago in PotentWhy You Should Never Drive On Edibles
Okay guys, here's a fun little story that's been hanging on the tip of my tongue at every social event for the last year and a half. The day my best friend and I lost our minds. I'd been associated with all things marijuana for years by that point, but my friend (we'll call her Cindy) was still relatively new and eager to expand her palette. So when we stopped by my wonderful dealer Franks house and she saw those chocolate-chip packed brownies sitting on his counter I already knew we'd be taking some home. With minimal convincing, we each bought one.
Mile High Nancy
I wrote my first short story at seven years old. It was a murder mystery solved by a female detective. I think it was Scooby Doo-ish and I added illustrations at the end which were just a bit more sophisticated than stick figures.
