heartbreak
They can break your heart, but they can't break your soul; poetry about lost love that comforts and uplifts.
Shattered Hercules
Under the infinite night sky he stands tall. Able to reach into the stars and pluck out a dream. He smiles and laughs as he places the rare diamond in my hands. Larger than life were the arms he wrapped around me shielding me from the dark shadows that charge toward us.
Nothing More
He broke my love now it is but dust upon the floor. Was I nothing to you just some girl and nothing more. I closed my eyes to stop the tears from coming, years I gave to you yet you break me still if god won't save you my darling then no one will. Put your lips to mine and blow my mind away, I'll be yours until the end of my days I was ready for death anyway, take me now so no other can own me, strip me bare to reveal my soul, even though my heart is beating I am hollow through and through and it is all because the likes of you. Your love was the poison and I devoured every drop thirsting for more, a glutton for punishment please give me more, I long to feel your cold embrace just once more and though I loved you dearly I didn't have the heart to see you go. I love you more than words can say but between us, there is nothing more.

Inevitable, an adjective meaning "certain to happen; unavoidable." But was our downfall really unavoidable? Change is inevitable and I have accepted that fact as that is the way of life and life is unavoidable.

Same Same. Am I going insane? Trying to be like people before the fame just to realize they all the same. No brain. All playing the same game. Trying to get the fame but all just end up getting eaten by shame. But, of course, if you are lucky you get the girls, the boys, the money. Sounds sweet like honey. But don't go around puttin' honey down not expecting to attract flies. Yeah, we all think we can fly but when it comes down to it no one is actually ready to die. So face your fears. Face your dreams. Shoot for the fame and don't be ashamed. At the end of the day, aren't we all the same?
Dark Stranger
Who's that man sitting on the bench? Looking so lonely, just sitting there? Dressed up all in black. No buses are running.

Those big brown eyes, I love the way it feels when you look at me. Your head falls back onto your arm that is resting on the table.

Cut off memories of pleasure and pain. Destroy those raw remains. So that You may flourish, love! Daisies sprout from discarded chains.

Somehow I think you know how it feels to be truly miserable. You reach into my pitch black self pity though It's invisible. The fucked up shut you say to me I say to myself too. I wouldn't take it back, but you do. Sometimes the scariest scenario is the most truthful. I give you these broken pieces and bewildered you say they're beautiful.

She had hair like rain That would cascade over the pillows of our queen-sized mattress. It would pour from her beautiful mind and smoother me in my dreams.

I am like a flower. I have beautiful colors and many petals I stand tall on the ground and let the sun shine one me. I let you pick me up from the ground. Hoping you'll treat me right.
Erase a Thought Of...
Why can't I erase the thought of you from my mind the way you erase the taste of me from your lips? The feel of me from your vessel of a body that carries my pleasure

It’s January and you said, “You’re nothing.” and I wish that your fist to my face hurt more than the words you spat out because
