Echoing whispers, the silence, a maverick

her velvet voice calls, as she bids me to come

I cascade through reason, sanities labyrinth

an ethereal enigma exposed, leaving me numb

A serenade rises, like a dream, in a soft mist

The promise of oneness, to its sweetness, succumb

Heaven and earth created love's solitary kiss

Losing myself, to its wholeness, become

Reminds me of a Monty Python sketch from "Holy Grail": We are the "nights who say 'Nyx'!" (different spelling, of course) Only what you describes sounds heavenly rather than daft, lol.

  • Awww, this was so wonderful! Loved your take on Randy's prompts!
